We applied online, the loan was approved, we applied to the bank for receiving and signing a loan agreement, to which the employee said, if you applied online, then sign it yourself. They called the office.the center, where they consulted and said that it was possible to sign at the department, arrived again, started shouting and refused to sign.

I rarely write reviews, but now it's absolutely necessary! This is the worst bank branch I've ever been to! I came and was happy!!!!
