Today, the specialist says that yes, you can take the same money (and even a little more), takes my data to the cashier and (oh, a miracle!)I'm waiting in line for coupons when I'm invited! At the same time, there is only one cash register, and specialists are sitting at the computer and solving the problem (what do you think? What to order for alcohol! I'm shocked!) If someone asks about this bank, I definitely don't recommend it!

They behave rudely and say unnecessary things. Go to the website. They don't say which website the bank has, just go to the website. Which one? They insult me by humiliating me to personalities, they look at me as second-class people. The employees are arrogant, rude, sitting in a ramshackle position, do not have badges and roll on a chair to the side. Shaggy, with disheveled hair. The appearance of the employees leaves much to be desired. Unnecessary facial expressions and gestures at work. The staff cannot answer the questions. But they are interested in extra data, where and how I will pay and with which card. Terrible service. You will no longer want to contact your bank for sure. The attitude towards customers is one that doesn't exist anywhere else. They didn't even deserve one star.
The bank is weird. There are only two cash registers, and there are about 12-15 workstations in the hall with desks and computers, where employees relax, sit on their phones, chat with each other, and so on... And there are only two cash registers for various operations that open and close. Considering that there are always a lot of people in this bank, places where you can only sit for 6-7 people... The bank does not take care of its customers.
