What I want to say... Working with clients is just disgusting. In January, I received a message about the balance of funds on the loan account, I arrived, paid the nth amount, and two days later I received a message about the closure of the account and the balance of funds. Today, the specialist says that yes, you can take the same money (and even a little more), takes my data to the cashier and (oh, a miracle!)I'm waiting in line for coupons when I'm invited! At the same time, there is only one cash register, and specialists are sitting at the computer and solving the problem (what do you think? What to order for alcohol! I'm shocked!) If someone asks about this bank, I definitely don't recommend it!

Working with the client leaves much to be desired. They're rude, they can't help, they don't answer questions, they ask for personal information that employees don't need. They behave rudely and say unnecessary things. Go to the website. They don't say which website the bank has, just go to the website. Which one? They insult me by humiliating me to personalities, they look at me as second-class people. The employees are arrogant, rude, sitting in a ramshackle position, do not have badges and roll on a chair to the side. Shaggy, with disheveled hair. The appearance of the employees leaves much to be desired. Unnecessary facial expressions and gestures at work. The staff cannot answer the questions. But they are interested in extra data, where and how I will pay and with which card. Terrible service. You will no longer want to contact your bank for sure. The attitude towards customers is one that doesn't exist anywhere else. They didn't even deserve one star.

The bank is weird. There are only two cash registers, and there are about 12-15 workstations in the hall with desks and computers, where employees relax, sit on their phones, chat with each other, and so on... And there are only two cash registers for various operations that open and close. Considering that there are always a lot of people in this bank, places where you can only sit for 6-7 people... The bank does not take care of its customers.

We had the last installment payment left in the bank, we wanted to find out the amount and repay it, since we always overpay. The entire amount was knocked out according to the erip. A bank employee announced the amount and wrote an invoice and said he would contact the cashier. The cashier said that they could not accept payment by card, but only in CASH, since the cards of other banks do not serve. They could not give an extract on the closure of the installment plan on that day either, but told them to contact them the next day from 14-16 at the set time. There is an ATM installed on the street outside the door, it is also impossible for a non-bank customer to get into it, you need to swipe a card. I had to walk 300 meters to withdraw cash and pay the last payment at the cash desk. They promised that an SMS would come saying that the contract was closed, which also did not happen. I have a big question for the bank, why is it required to pay in cash at the cash desk???? And why is it not possible to get an extract immediately, in all other banks, an extract is given immediately after the end of installment payments

I am writing a negative review related to the notification, by SMS message from VTB Bank, 10 years later, allegedly there is a debt. The contract was closed by visiting the office with a passport, in Vitebsk, Frunze 64 (today this is the office of Moskovsky ave. 16, in connection with the move). I turned to the call center, and they say the amount is around 800 b.r. The question is why in all these 10 years there has not been a single letter home, to work and a call (at least). The national bank has no information about the debt obligation to VTB. They wanted to, and in 1 day they credited a debt to a person. I will say one thing, this bank has earned itself problems! I do not advise you to make installments, loans and deposits!!!

Paid off the loan, no call, nothing. And then a month later, it is unclear what the interest was counted for. If you take a loan or a card there, be sure to go as soon as you pay and close it, otherwise the debts will be counted for the air. With that, no one will warn you about anything. Apparently this is what they live by.

The support service on the phone 250 said that it is possible to close the Turtle card in the office. I came to the bank, they told me to wait until the money came to the account. That is, they are visible in the application, they are visible in the support service, but not in the bank. We'll have to go again. I do not advise you to deal with this card.
