But they said that the deferral on payments will start from next month, that is, from November. And in October, you will need to pay the payment and at the same time the card line will not be closed. But as soon as we paid the current payment in October, the next day the line was closed and it was no longer possible to use it. But at the same time, there was still a whole week before November and the start date of the deferred payment agreement. The conclusion is that the bank simply cheated.
