Good staff, friendly staff, the manager explained everything, they take the world map. The ATM is open 24 hours, the course is the best, it was.

There is only one ATM for the whole city. Some kind of Stone Age. I opened an account, but did not put the money in, because it is far from 1 mkr. to get to the ATM, my bank closed the account itself.
