There is no access to the ATM on weekdays and during working hours of the bank. But if you need cash on weekends (Sat, Sun), keep in mind that the ATM will be under the closed door and no sending off with a card and dancing with a tambourine will help and the door will not open. And in general, if it is possible to refuse service at this bank, it is better to refuse: the banking application cannot be installed and updated without going to the bank, and you will not enter Internet banking either, some payments cannot be made with a regular card, you need to pay for notifications (with Viber), otherwise you even risk not knowing what's going on with your card
