We marked this place on 02.11.2024 with a family: two adults and two children. I liked the sauna itself and the interior, everything is clean, but we won't go back there anymore and that's why.
1. The first thing that surprised me was to take off your shoes and change your slippers in the corridor before entering the sauna. Take off outerwear inside, and shoes before entering. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it, but... It is very strange to leave the sauna fully dressed, but with bare feet, sneakers are wet - you can't wear socks. There is no clothes rack in the hallway, no shoe shelf, no rug. There was only one ottoman near the entrance to our sauna. And so he came out loaded with things, in jackets (there's nowhere to hang them in the hallway), and you also need to put on socks and shoes. And the towels are already folded....This is the first time we've seen this.
2. The spouse came in advance, paid for the use of the sauna + a broom (by the way, it's better to take your own with you), watched everything and clarified the nuances. So, the water in the pool was warm (the owner stated 27 degrees) and the owner also showed a closet with inflatable circles and other swimming equipment, said that we have a family vacation place, everything is there for children. "Cool! You don't need to take anything with you," we thought. But! When we arrived, he did not give us the circles, he said that it was not his, but the client's, and that he did not say that he would give them. And we are with two children, 8 years old and 2 years old, and the pool is 1.6 meters deep. Thanks, my friends helped me out, they brought me. So don't believe the sweet songs, take everything with you. The water in the pool was also not as warm as it was when we came to watch. But you can buy it, it's not icy.
3. The door to the sauna (that is, to the very first room where you undress) does not close. They took the bags with them.
4. The cherry on the cake was that when it was time to wash, there was no hot water. The owner said that it turns out the water was in limited quantities. You need to be warned about such things!
At the same time, the owner communicated as if we had come to his house for free. A strange approach to clients.

The Polyanka bathhouse is a great place to relax, there are two departments, we were in the Lazur department, there is a lot of space, designed for 8-10 adults, it is comfortable in the steam room, there is enough steam for everyone. The pool is clean, not small, deep enough, in the recreation room there is a large leather sofa, a huge table, a TV, very comfortable. The receptionist is a wonderful person, friendly and cultured. Near the bathhouse there is a large area with gazebos for recreation. We were satisfied with the rest, we will definitely return again, especially since the price is acceptable.

I really enjoyed relaxing with my family in the Glamour VIP lounge. It is very convenient for four people. A nice clean bathhouse, and a pool with a hydro cannon is generally a bomb, perfectly massages and relaxes muscles after aqua aerobics. It's a bit deep for children, but with armbands and tubes, it was easy to swim even for the first time.
The staff is understanding and friendly! The temperature in the steam room is adjusted at the request of visitors. We will go regularly.

For the first time we went with a girlfriend to this wonderful bathhouse, very cozy and atmospheric, very polite staff. Unfortunately, we took a sauna only for two hours, but it wasn't enough for us! We took a VIP for 2 hours, 100 rubles came out, the staff is good, everything is there, they give half a price, the best thing is that the heated floor is very good, but there are disadvantages in the pool, the tile is slightly broken, and it scratched my hand. The sauna is good, there are no disadvantages in it. There is a large sofa with a TV, you can take something to eat. I advise everyone, you will not regret it.

They took 4 hours to celebrate her husband's birthday, then they took another hour, as it turned out, it was not enough) We and all our friends really liked it. I'll start with the fact that the owner is strange and was noticed how he put an electric collar on his dog (Husky breed) and electrocuted, only here there is already 1 star, this is not the upbringing of a dog. Plus, monuments are made behind the wall, dust flies into the gazebo and they work very loudly with tools behind a tin fence, it's very loud, it's dangerous to relax with children. I will end by saying that no one offered either a bonus or a discount for the inconvenience, even when he approached the owner himself, he did not compromise. Better look for another place. There is no barbecue, only if you remove an additional gazebo for him. The attitude towards visitors is so-so. Not considering that in the steam room there is a crack in the pipe from which smoke periodically throws up, it was reported to the owner, to which he replied: "everything is very well done here," ignoring the remark, he went about his business, although it was possible to eliminate the problem easily and quickly.

We rested in a gazebo on the street, next to the second gazebo, so there is a possibility of a second company)) Everyone was delighted with the sauna, as well as the bubble pool. It is better to take your own grates for frying meat (the owners did not fix the meat well), but this is not a minus either. There was a refrigerator, a playground with swings and a slide.
