It's clean, you can buy/ rent everything you need for vaping. You can use various masks and scrubs in the shower.
The pool is shared, cool, and has working hydro massage units. The water can be muddy if there is a large flow of people.
A modest women's department, but there are hair dryers, a mirror, and hygiene products are always available in the toilet.
I would like to note the friendly staff, they work hard and prepare delicious tea.
I have been visiting the complex for about a year. This is one of my favorite vacation spots. Nice, polite staff. The ticket includes access to the sauna, Russian bath, swimming pool, haman and recreation area. The attendance of the complex is large, but everywhere is clean. I really like everything! But there is one disadvantage in the showers: weak water pressure and poorly switched water temperature. Everything else is great. Thank you.
-1 point due to separate staff.
I was there a long time ago, about 8 years ago, maybe more, now I'm back and nothing has changed, as everything was ancient, and it remains. Only the prices are cosmic!))but that's not the point, I go there to get a specific service, and it suits me. and in general, everything seems to be fine, but the individual staff really spoils the impression. In particular, a cleaner who is rude to visitors and communicates in a very unpleasant tone. Of course, I would like a more polite attitude. Well, instead of scolding visitors who pay for services, the cleaner would have done better to fulfill her official duties, and washed the floor in the shower, there should be no sand, and the pool should be washed more often, rather than pouring tons of bleach. The floor is very slippery, people often slip. We are also surprised by the lockers in the locker room, which practically do not close. They are closed, if the lock is working, with a handle from old windows))) which are freely available to everyone. It seems like the last century, unlike phones, other gadgets, maps and documents that are always with you.but I'll be honest and say that nothing has ever been missing, at least for me.
