We had a family vacation with a one-year-old child in September 2024.
Hotel. A wonderful boutique hotel designed more for Europeans and family Turks. There are a lot of Germans, Brits and there are families with young children under 1-1.5 years old. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., they put on our bracelets and immediately sent us to breakfast. Check-in was at 14 o'clock. A cot was provided for the child. The restaurant has IKEA high chairs. also on the territory there is a small children's area with slides and ladders (literally 2x2 meters) for free, slot machines, air hockey, billiards for a fee. The territory is small, but well maintained, very clean, with trees and shrubs that are regularly watered. There is a restaurant, a bar, a water cooler (free of charge), an adult swimming pool and a paddling pool.
Cleaning. The staff works well, everything is cleaned immediately both on site and in the restaurant. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days with a change of towels, but if necessary, we asked the staff to pick up the garbage more often (with a small child it quickly accumulated), everything was kindly fulfilled.
Food.
The food is great! Lots of vegetables, mixed salads, stewed vegetables without liters of sauces and mayonnaise. Chicken, turkey, beef, once in 10 days there was white fish, every other day they give ice cream for dinner. The pastries are varied and delicious. Once every 2-3 days, hamburgers that you collect to your taste. Pasta, rice, bulgur, chickpeas, French fries and baked, grilled vegetables. From fruits — apples, watermelon, oranges. The juices from the vending machines are not delicious. The coffee from the vending machines is mediocre, but this is the case in most hotels. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, which can be used at any time. There are free and paid drinks at the bar. Gin and tonic, raki, wine are included for sure, I won't say about other alcohol. The breakfasts are not very diverse — eggs, omelets, pancakes, pastries with spinach, fresh croissants and bread, potatoes. Lunches and dinners are wonderful! There was no abundance of spices, sauces, food comfortable for the stomachs of both adults and a one-year-old child.
From entertainment. There is no animation in the hotel. Live music on Wednesday evenings, this band has conquered us! If you are traveling with children over a year old, they will be bored. The hotel is more designed for adults with a relaxing holiday without fuss. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful! Wonderful attitude towards children. No getting paid for help. There are tip boxes at the reception, bar and restaurant. You can leave it there if you wish.
The rooms are clean, the furniture is in good condition and well renovated. The bed linen and towels are clean, without holes. Yes, the walls are not exactly painted somewhere, but these are details. The air conditioner is working, it worked very comfortably. We turned it on all night with the baby, no one caught a cold. It takes 2-5 minutes to walk to the beach, maximum.
There is no private beach. There is a public beach nearby. You can lie on your towels for free. Or for a drink to relax on the beaches of restaurants (100 and above lira per drink on average). On the right along the embankment towards Icmeler there are stunning views, we recommend a walk. The sea is a little fresh, quite clean. The beaches are mediocre and dirty. Yachts began to sail close to the shore. Marmaris itself is a nice, charming area of the old town.
Of course, everything has become very expensive, but these are the realities now. We are happy with our stay and very satisfied with the hotel.
A small cozy hotel. It is located across the street from the sea. There is no private beach. Meals for 4. Breakfasts are meager, but for dinner they cooked very tasty and varied. Instant coffee is tasteless. From fruits - watermelons, apples, oranges. On the downside, the restaurant is very hot and stuffy, there is no air conditioning, and this is at a temperature of +35-37 in July. There are fans, but they don't do much good. In July, there were many Turks with children and Europeans among the vacationers. The staff is friendly. There is always parking near the hotel if you have rented a car.
Nice hotel. I drove across the sea, European vibe and a beautiful promenade in the evenings. I got everything I wanted 100%! There are few Russians in the hotel, which was important to me. Mostly French, British and Turks with their families. They are all very decent and not stressful. The hotel itself is quiet, on the second line, which is also good, there is no booming music of beach restaurants and cafes, as well as crowds walking around the waterfront around the clock. The sea is 2 minutes across the street. The room stock is tired, but it fully justifies the cost of the hotel. No need to expect luxury and premium from the not expensive four, you need to be realistic). There are no elevators in the hotel, the boys from the reception help to lift the suitcases. The food is good and varied. Fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious white bread, ice cream every 2-3 days in the evenings. The restaurant is clean and has a separate respect for it, or rather for its employees. They are very friendly, quick and always help to find a table, bring appliances and put extra chairs if necessary. If you come at the end of the meal time, they will never say a word and wait patiently and serve you with a smile. The pool is very nice and clean, there are enough sun beds, there was always enough. There is no beach of our own, we went left along the shore to the red tent, there is a "free beach" with WiFi for a drink. I always bought either Sprite for 90 lire or English tea for 100 lire and you can lie on a chaise longue with an umbrella all day)). I liked everything.
