I don't know who complains about the interior or the neatness/lack of neatness, but I liked everything.
And very responsive and responsive staff.
Even a large tub of fresh clean snow is brought in the morning 😃
I didn't put it on 5 * * * * * only because it is unlikely to add financing, but the bath still needs it (locker locks, taps, coverings ...)
But even with the available capabilities, the functionality is very well supported.
I was only in the general ward, but I can't find fault with anything.

We would like to leave a review about the bathhouse No. 13 in Minsk, and thanks to the head of this institution Voronov Peter Alexandrovich!
You understand that this is an unusual bathhouse already when approaching it, there is a lot of decoration on the street, a pond, a cart, houses, a helicopter on the roof and a red carpet…
There is a pleasant atmosphere at the entrance, the cashier and the controller have been welcoming the girls for many years, the lobby is clean, pleasant music sounds, there is a good selection of brooms and tools who forgot what. You immediately pay attention to the paintings and decor around-everything is done with a soul.
The locker room has everything you need-neat closets, a hair dryer, working scales, clean basins. The sink is always clean – the cleaning lady keeps an excellent eye on this.
And the steam room, the very heart of the bath, is clean, neat, the steam is excellent, bouquets of herbs, Himalayan salt, decor are beautifully hanging on the walls. Pyotr Alexandrovich made a steam generator with his own hands!
In winter, Pyotr Alexandrovich always takes care of the visitors and brings a bath of clean snow, in spring – when everyone is already so used to wiping off after the steam room, he freezes and brings ice.
Congratulations on all holidays in an original way! Banners, New Year- tree, March 8- flowers, blooming gardens- flowering branches, apple savior- branches with apples.
Previously, after the bath, you could drink fragrant tea with bagels and homemade jam, it's a pity now it's not there.
In this bathhouse, both the girls in the lobby and the manager always solve problems and answer questions. He fixes everything himself and creates it, and is interested and listens to the opinions of visitors. Everything they can do in this bathhouse is done to the best of their abilities. Which bathhouse in Minsk still has the same attitude and a picture for the same cost of visiting?
There are questions in this bathhouse, but they rest on the very old age of the construction of the bathhouse and the need for financing and repair.
Everything is decided by personnel and finances! And there are no personnel issues in this bathhouse-they are well chosen, the head has assembled an excellent team of hardworking and conscientious people, everything is in its place here, it remains only to help that bathhouse financially and encourage employees and it will become even better.

We got into the bathhouse on the advice of friends. Everything is fine, as expected from the old public bathhouse. Brooms are stored and sold excellent. Tech. the staff is friendly, keeps the locker room and hall clean. The steam is good in the steam room. Only when drops and leaves from someone else's broom fly at you ..... Somehow not "camilfo", but not critically. The only thing missing, but probably not provided for, is the rest rooms. It's not very pleasant when you rest after the steam room, and next to the jackets and socks they take off or on the contrary you dress home, and someone is resting on a bench at knee level. I think it's not convenient for both sides)
It would be great to have a font or a small pool, but there is a cold shower and it's cool!!!!!
We'll come back more than once. Emotions are only positive.

Minuses:
- a small steam room;
- not very clean showers;
- if all the showers are turned on, then someone will ONLY have cold water;
- the entourage, God forgive me, is from the 70s, the lockers are also from the same time.

The steam room in the general compartment is without ventilation, the steam is wet and bites, there are a lot of people on weekends. The washing room is dirty, for two hours no one has even removed the leaves from the brooms. In the shower room, of which there are three for the entire department, the floor is made so that you stand in a puddle of sewage. The tiles are terribly slippery everywhere. The drawers with clothes do not close (as they said: "on trust"...). A classic Soviet bathhouse with Soviet renovation and furniture...

A seemingly nondescript bathhouse without exquisite repairs turned out to be a wonderful place! There is enough space for washing, the steam room is excellent, there is a lot of spirit!, you can give as much as you need. The staff is responsive and polite, everyone communicates with each other. The device in the bath is the same as it was many years ago: a locker, a basin, a stone bench, a steam room, a shower. In general, it is a traditional bathhouse. I like that everything seems to be primitive, but with love, very friendly staff, from the latest innovations - a faucet in the steam room, you no longer need to carry a basin of water to give the park, a good powerful hair dryer - you can quickly dry your head, but it's one, in summer it's not a problem, you can go with a half-dried head And in winter? And if it's a queue? I only go to the general department, but I know that there are shower rooms and a high-comfort department, but I haven't been there, I can't form an opinion. Do you like the sauna? not all sorts of delights, but a bathhouse, where the main thing is a good steam, then you are here.
