Well I am an English person and my friend brought me here …the officiant understands English.. they asked for my age from my passport so maybe you should take yours with you ..my drinks arrived quickly..they were really friendly with smiles..they play both English and Russian songs so it’s very welcoming ..it was also affordable ..in general if I visit Petersburg again I’ll definitely visit
