We periodically visit Glubokoe, and somehow decided to go to familiarize ourselves with the menu at THIS INSTITUTION (before that, a link popped up on Instagram about opening a new cafe in the city, my wife even asked a question about visiting the institution with a pet, since we often travel with our dog weighing 4.5 kg and we almost everywhere have cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, exhibitions are allowed to visit with her, many are even happy, she is well-mannered and cultured, unlike some people))) and the new law "On responsible treatment of animals" comes into force only on 01.01.2025, where some restrictions were added - but there was NO response, even after 3 weeks. And so, at the entrance to THIS INSTITUTION, we were greeted by a CHEMICAL SMELL after the "Island of Purity" (before that there was a store there) and SHABBY BLUE WALLS, also after the household chemicals store, or maybe after the bank, no one even bothered with cosmetic repairs, maximum - they put tables and a bar counter, and on that probably, thank you, we came in, SAID HELLO, in response to us, the BACK and BACK POINT of the DIRECTOR or ADMINISTRATOR, who was sitting at the bar and sorting out some papers, SAID NOTHING, the hall was EMPTY, from the word at all, VISITORS - 0, passed on, the pet was in his arms, and already here Instead of "good afternoon", a "SALESWOMAN" jumped out from behind the "counter" with the words "WE have a PROBLEM with SABAKS!!!". We turned around and left. GOOD LUCK and PROSPERITY to you with such a service!!!

The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. They were literally kicked out of the hookah room , without warning that if you want to extend your stay there , then order a new hookah or release it , I want to note that it was not easy to smoke hookah , but also ordered food , drinks and so on. But the receptionist decided to just come up and say get out. To stipulate in advance how long you can stay in this room, otherwise the employee says during the day, even though you are there all evening, and then it turns out that you can only sit and smoke a hookah for 40 minutes (for the first time such rules were learned ).No apologies were heard, the rest and the impression were spoiled. So if you visit this institution, then be prepared for the fact that at some point you will simply be kicked out. I would like to learn how to communicate with clients and monitor employees who were clearly in an alcoholic state . The book of complaints and suggestions was issued, but it is not notarized and not properly designed, so unfortunately the written review is meaningless. If the bar wants to develop and somehow attract customers, then you need to learn how to communicate with people.
