And this is very important when caring for a complex sick animal. We went through two surgeries. The staff is very pleasant, smiling and attentive. Zero, all I was told was plain water, unfortunately. The drugs that were prescribed did not help the animal in any way. They offer the most expensive drugs, although they are available ten times cheaper, until you knock them out with indignation, again "unfortunately". I went to another clinic, as it turned out, the animal needs a COMPLETELY different treatment. In five minutes, I was told about the diseases, how they appeared and the treatment process!

The receptionist answered on the phone, "you don't need an entry," "why bring an animal at all? Just take your passport."
