A very pleasant hotel, extremely convenient location (close to the sea, convenient to go on all excursions, near the store, 5-10 minutes on foot to all locations). They clean every day, change towels, give water, if early departure for excursions, then prepare breakfast with yourself. The breakfasts are acceptable (eggs, bacon, rice, vegetables, fruits, pancakes with jam - basically such a set on the buffet). The most important thing is the super friendly staff, everyone sincerely tries to help solve the problem if something goes wrong (the tour operator booked the wrong room with 1 bed, we needed 2, as soon as a similar room was available, we were changed) . Upon check-in, they paid a $ 100 deposit, because there were no other bills with them, they returned everything upon eviction (but it's better to change it somewhere right away, they accept from 1000 baht). In general, the impressions were extremely positive.

We had a vacation in February 2025, and we enjoyed it. Cleaning is done every day, the staff is polite and smiling (as in all of Thailand). The rooms are nice, there is a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, coffee, water, gel and shampoo are added every day. Delicious breakfasts in the morning. A cozy place with a swimming pool. Patong Beach is three minutes away. Nearby cafes, Seven eleven shops, pharmacy, souvenirs. I definitely recommend it.

Not a bad hotel for your money. The staff is friendly and helps with accommodation issues.
The breakfasts are simple: buffet, but there is not much choice. As a non-demanding person, I have no complaints about breakfast.
I got one star for putting me in room 205, which was close to the road. It's very noisy from the road and I couldn't sleep at all the first night ((
Fortunately, they went to a meeting and moved to the first floor away from the road. The audibility from the road was, but much lower. You can sleep with earplugs))
Keep this point in mind when choosing this hotel.

We were happy in this hotel
The beds are comfortable, the linen is nice. They are cleaned every day if necessary. Or they just bring us some water if we're in the room and don't want to leave. Everything is there - a fridge, a kettle, a table, mugs and even a knife, I used for fruit. And yes, there are paint chips on the furniture and the doors may creak, if that's important to you. But this does not spoil the overall picture.
We liked the breakfast, it was good and sound. There are always a couple Thai dishes in addition to the standard dishes. Fruit.
The beach is nearby, shops are nearby, cafe number 9 with delicious food is nearby and the massage parlor is good. We walked across the road and to the left.
It is necessary to cross the road, the traffic is heavy. But the skill of crossing the road to Phuket is needed in any case. You just walk and maneuver. Pedestrian crossings are just appearing and this is a very incomprehensible phenomenon for locals)))
On the beach, if you go to the left, there will be paid deck chairs, or you can stay in the shade of the trees and buy a litter for 200 baht. The sand and beautiful Patong.
If you walk along the beach to the right, there will be small beaches with rocks where you can swim with a mask.

The deposit for the room is 50 dollars.We lived in room 416. We settled in quickly. The room is clean. Everything was working properly in the room. Water in the room-every day. Towels are changed and cleaning is done every day. The bed is huge and comfortable. The linen is all clean. Beach towels are always available. You can take as many clean ones as you want. They left a tip - 50 baht every other day. The breakfasts are very decent. Everything is always available. Delicious coffee.The hotel staff is always ready to help. There are shops and cafes near the hotel. We went to 9 (Nine) Lunch for two with beer 500-600 baht. Nearby exchangers.The sea and the beach are really close - 5 minutes walk. The beach is clean and not as crowded as in the center of Patong (there are sun beds in 4 rows), there are rocks nearby- swimming with your mask to the point of insanity. There are lifeguards on the beach. That's also a plus. Makashnitsy near the beach - everything is fresh. Shrimps were eaten in every dish!Almost any dish is about 150-180 baht. Fruits and all kinds of smoothies are also available for 60-80 baht. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

Nice hotel, 3 minutes from the sea on foot, excellent breakfasts, but the room had a terrible shower, the water is always cold. Perhaps this is the only negative. Therefore, 4 stars. The pool is on the second floor, very nice with a bar. If we ever go to Patong again, we will stay there.

Three on the "three". One of the advantages is the proximity of the beach, the presence of a swimming pool, free access to towels and WiFi.
Among the disadvantages are old furniture and cracked plumbing, lack of a view from the windows of the 3rd floor, lack of sound insulation, dirty chairs, one entrance card for three, breakfasts are very scarce and there is little space in the dining room. Despite the settlement of three people, they were given 2 towels and 2 waters for a long time. A fine of 50 baht is charged for a soiled pillowcase, 50 baht for additional 0.5 liters of water, toilet paper additionally has to be begged.
Apparently in October, the friendly staff is still on vacation.

As everyone said, there is a problem with the staff at this hotel. As I read in the comments, they took 250 Baht money from the deposit, for allegedly soiled towel, showed a photo with some dirty, the whole joke is that I spent the whole day in the pool with a beach towel..... Although I left tips for them every day!!! There is no need to spoil them, they have already become very arrogant. I didn't argue, I paid. It's a small thing, but it's unclear. The transfer to the airport was 1 hour and 40 minutes late, I thought they wouldn't let me on the plane... The flight was at 22:00, I paid for a late check-out, they still kicked me out of the room at 15.30 ....4 hours in the heat, it's not very pleasant. This hotel is not recommended

Nice 3* hotel, located close to the sea. The room has everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful! There were no problems during the stay. Cleaning and change of towels daily. There is a swimming pool. Since you are not at the hotel most of the time, you come to wash, change clothes and sleep, the hotel meets the requirements. There are two shops near the hotel 7/11. The location of the hotel is excellent. But the hotel itself is already very old, there is sooo little light in the rooms. There were problems with the water a couple of times. The staff is good, they always help. Smiling people, no matter what time you arrive, will always meet you, wave, ask how you are.

We stayed at this hotel with the whole family with my daughter and grandson in December 2022. The hotel is not new, but it survived in covid among the few. The usual three. The standard rooms are small, some have balconies at the back of some, but it's quiet and cool there. I opened the door- a draft even without air conditioning. The best rooms overlook the pool. There are large rooms, but there are few of them, and they were occupied mainly by wintering Europeans. The pool is small but cozy. Sun beds both in the sun and inside the building in the shade. There is a bar, and they can bring lunch to the pool. I really liked the tom-yam there, it was delicious and the serving was beautiful. Breakfasts are like in a regular three-course meal. It wasn't very diverse, but we didn't stay hungry. We were very lucky that we managed to arrive in December before the mark-up and the arrival of the Chinese, damn them. There were no questions about cleaning and service. Beach towels are free of charge. It's close to the sea. Walk for 3-5 minutes. on the way minimart 7/11 with a beer)). There are several taverns opposite. We usually had lunch at the popular restaurant No. 9. Plus the location of the hotel is the north of Patong. There are few people, the beach is cleaner. Paid umbrellas start 50 meters from the exit to the beach at the "Dolphins". They never took it. There are quite shady trees along the beach, we bought a 2x2 mat and the four of us sat on it in the shade. Big C and Bangla are 20-25 minutes away on foot. We went there on foot, back for 200 baht by tuk-tuk or again on foot along the embankment. They didn't take the bike. I didn't want to go somewhere far (lazy people began), and it's not far on foot. As a result, we would have returned to the Bars.

The overall impression of the hotel is excellent, I recommend it. You can walk to Banzan and Bangla Road in 20 minutes, Phuket is not very adapted to hiking, but you get used to it quickly enough! Be careful with the bike if you rent it, there were often raids from the police in the city, people were fined. Use the indrive taxi app, travel options are available! I also recommend traveling to other beaches, they really look different.
Also keep in mind that there are always waves on the beach, whenever they come, the tides begin closer to 15.30. You can swim where there are red and yellow flags and swim here is written on them.

I stayed at this hotel for a month, the accommodation was paid in advance and in full. I was not offered any discounts for long-term stays. After 2 weeks of my stay, the hotel administration called me and informed me that the room I was staying in had been booked by other customers and I needed to check out 1 day earlier. Although I looked at the aggregators and there were rooms in the hotel, but they were already more expensive than I paid for. Apparently, the owners decided that it was better for them to sell the room at a higher price, and evict me. They offered me to move to another hotel across the street. As a result, my last day in Phuket was spoiled by worries, inconveniences and not a move was spent. And in another hotel, which was much lower in category, I couldn't sleep all night because the window looked out onto the road and there was such a noise from the road that it seemed to me I was lying right on the roadway. In the morning, my flight to Kuala Lumpur, as a result of a sleepless night, my day off in Kuala Lumpur was also ruined. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, its owners can treat you very dishonestly! On the eve of the new year, I would like to wish the owners of the hotel to acquire at least a little conscience in the new year

The pool is clean and in a pleasant shade. There is a bar, prices are above average on the beach.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2019, superior room. I liked the hotel, good location, located in the north of Patong, 3 minutes to the sea, close to many shops and cafes. The room is nice, large, equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer and bathrobes. They are cleaned on demand, safe in the room, a good relaxation area near the pool, friendly staff. The only remark is the meager breakfasts, there is no variety, although you will not stay hungry. Despite this remark, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
