I'm not sure, but it seems to have completed a century-old renovation. It's bright, slippery and kind of beautiful, but whoever was/lived in the 90s knows that the former greatness of this place will no longer be there. No entertainment, no music... Infrastructure is zero. The finished belyashi - all greetings from the 90s. There, you can only buy something either very hungry or unscrupulous. The premises are hidden somewhere in the construction site.
