In the first half of February 2024, we had to be treated in the neurological department of the Baranovichi City Hospital. We are 9 women of mature age from 70 to over 85 and several younger who have been lying in the walls of the 11th board. Age is emphasized for the sharpness of the moment. Imagine such a contingent of sick women, and even in the neurological department. What a burden lies on the shoulders, minds and consciences of the nurses, nurses and doctors of this department. By inertia, and more often deservedly, negative epithets sound in the assessments of medical institutions. We will quite rightly generalize about the wonderful team of employees who sincerely and conscientiously enveloped us with their care and professional skills. Even the nurse, who grumbled at me with hostility, was right, worried that I might fall while walking on the wet floor. But to help a patient in need of non–standard care in a timely manner is not given to everyone and is not appreciated at all. All the nurses have become just family for us. At night, they had to approach almost every one of us–and always sympathetically and diligently, quickly and sympathetically. When handing out medicines, they always explained when and what medicine to take. But they must first be distributed and signed bottles and not be mistaken, but here they are infinitely suitable to measure pressure or someone is ill in the ward… And no sighs, no fuss and discontent.
And as a sample, I remember the nurse Elena Alekseevna Kopylova: beautiful, feminine, always friendly and attentive, she did not panic, instantly and professionally provided assistance even in very difficult situations and listened with interest to our simple everyday stories. The pinnacle of modesty and humanity, smart and beautiful!
It is impossible to admire two young fairies of ivs and injections - Lyudmila Olachuk and Anastasia Kibak. They are fast, airy, not a single unnecessary movement, they just fly through the air, move between beds, but most importantly - they always accurately and painlessly enter a vein! This is a great, even innate skill!
Medical rounds have become sacred moments for us. Our patient came to our Room, it seemed that it was for us, it was for us that our Margarita Sergeevna Freitak - thin, slender, charming, sweet and so desired by us! This is the first time I have seen a young doctor collect anamnesis in this way, organize a comprehensive examination, appoint consultations with other specialists, and most importantly, tell each of his patients the cause and nature of his disease, the results of tests and the arguments for the prescribed treatment. And that's why we consciously treated every treatment we had. She treated us with her personality. This is exactly what modern doctors should be like. That's why it was so joyful to see each of the patients when they became sedentary with a bedridden, then took the first steps, then refused sticks, and then, without any help, cheerfully walked along the hospital corridor.
And all this is the result of the efforts of modest, beautiful people of the neurological department of the Baranovichi City Hospital. On the eve of spring and the women's holiday, I want to wish everyone whom we mentioned and those whom we could not mention a beautiful peaceful sky over their heads and great happiness in life. Let your work be noticed and duly noted by the hospital management.
On behalf of the residents of the 11th ward of the neurological department of the Baranovichi City Hospital:
Ryaboshapko Tatyana Vladimirovna
Romeyko Olga Ivanovna
From September 13 to October 23 of this year, I was treated in the 2nd surgical department of the Baranovichi City Hospital. I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff and nurses of this department. I am especially grateful to the head of the department, Viktor Konstantinovich Martos, and Dr. Nikolai Fedorovich Shestak for their high professionalism, kindness, patience, attention and sensitivity to patients. Thank you for your hard work and your golden hands. I wish you good health and well-being. Sincerely, Skorokhod M. N.
I have not been able to register my child for an MRI scan since September. The MRI machine often does not work. And when it's working, it's impossible to sign up. Recording only on Fridays, at a certain time, I hung in line on the phone for almost an hour, so that they would answer that there were no coupons for this week, and the next time I would call again on Friday from 9 a.m., and again hang in line for an hour, so that the same thing would be answered. Disgusting! Why is it impossible to record for several weeks, months in advance, or not come up with an electronic record??? It's impossible to sign up. I was asked to arrive at 7 a.m. and try to sign up in person, but it's not a fact that there are enough coupons too.
