In the first half of February 2024, we had to be treated in the neurological department of the Baranovichi City Hospital. We are 9 women of mature age from 70 to over 85 and several younger who have been lying in the walls of the 11th board. Age is emphasized for the sharpness of the moment. Imagine such a contingent of sick women, and even in the neurological department. What a burden lies on the shoulders, minds and consciences of the nurses, nurses and doctors of this department. By inertia, and more often deservedly, negative epithets sound in the assessments of medical institutions. We will quite rightly generalize about the wonderful team of employees who sincerely and conscientiously enveloped us with their care and professional skills. Even the nurse, who grumbled at me with hostility, was right, worried that I might fall while walking on the wet floor. But to help a patient in need of non–standard care in a timely manner is not given to everyone and is not appreciated at all. All the nurses have become just family for us. At night, they had to approach almost every one of us–and always sympathetically and diligently, quickly and sympathetically. When handing out medicines, they always explained when and what medicine to take. But they must first be distributed and signed bottles and not be mistaken, but here they are infinitely suitable to measure pressure or someone is ill in the ward… And no sighs, no fuss and discontent.
And as a sample, I remember the nurse Elena Alekseevna Kopylova: beautiful, feminine, always friendly and attentive, she did not panic, instantly and professionally provided assistance even in very difficult situations and listened with interest to our simple everyday stories. The pinnacle of modesty and humanity, smart and beautiful!
It is impossible to admire two young fairies of ivs and injections - Lyudmila Olachuk and Anastasia Kibak. They are fast, airy, not a single unnecessary movement, they just fly through the air, move between beds, but most importantly - they always accurately and painlessly enter a vein! This is a great, even innate skill!
Medical rounds have become sacred moments for us. Our patient came to our Room, it seemed that it was for us, it was for us that our Margarita Sergeevna Freitak - thin, slender, charming, sweet and so desired by us! This is the first time I have seen a young doctor collect anamnesis in this way, organize a comprehensive examination, appoint consultations with other specialists, and most importantly, tell each of his patients the cause and nature of his disease, the results of tests and the arguments for the prescribed treatment. And that's why we consciously treated every treatment we had. She treated us with her personality. This is exactly what modern doctors should be like. That's why it was so joyful to see each of the patients when they became sedentary with a bedridden, then took the first steps, then refused sticks, and then, without any help, cheerfully walked along the hospital corridor.
And all this is the result of the efforts of modest, beautiful people of the neurological department of the Baranovichi City Hospital. On the eve of spring and the women's holiday, I want to wish everyone whom we mentioned and those whom we could not mention a beautiful peaceful sky over their heads and great happiness in life. Let your work be noticed and duly noted by the hospital management.
On behalf of the residents of the 11th ward of the neurological department of the Baranovichi City Hospital:
Ryaboshapko Tatyana Vladimirovna
Romeyko Olga Ivanovna
From September 13 to October 23 of this year, I was treated in the 2nd surgical department of the Baranovichi City Hospital. I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff and nurses of this department. I am especially grateful to the head of the department, Viktor Konstantinovich Martos, and Dr. Nikolai Fedorovich Shestak for their high professionalism, kindness, patience, attention and sensitivity to patients. Thank you for your hard work and your golden hands. I wish you good health and well-being. Sincerely, Skorokhod M. N.
I have not been able to register my child for an MRI scan since September. The MRI machine often does not work. And when it's working, it's impossible to sign up. Recording only on Fridays, at a certain time, I hung in line on the phone for almost an hour, so that they would answer that there were no coupons for this week, and the next time I would call again on Friday from 9 a.m., and again hang in line for an hour, so that the same thing would be answered. Disgusting! Why is it impossible to record for several weeks, months in advance, or not come up with an electronic record??? It's impossible to sign up. I was asked to arrive at 7 a.m. and try to sign up in person, but it's not a fact that there are enough coupons too.
I would like to express my gratitude to the doctors (I. V. Kurilik, S. I. Kovsh) and all the staff of the trauma department. She was admitted to the ambulance with a complex fracture of the femoral neck. They were promptly accepted, expertly operated on, cared for and put on their feet. Doctors from God! Golden hands! Thank you very much!
I read the reviews, I was horrified!! People!! I 'm writing straight from cardiology ... What a bad medicine we are writing about!! Highly qualified doctors, nurses, human attitude!! People!! Wake up, see how many hours they spend at work!! Appreciate what we have !!!!!!!! Yes, there are disadvantages, we want luxury wards, and they need the latest equipment, but it does not depend on the doctor!! Thank you, respect, low bow, to all who are fighting for their lives!!! Special thanks to I.V. Kornoukh and all her very reliable and responsible team!!!!!
I read so many "reviews" about various departments of the hospital, written by myself in +/- identical texts - and once again I was convinced of the adequacy and professionalism of the best department of the hospital - surgery! Everything is learned in comparison! Having lived in Minsk for 15 years, I thought that there was nothing sensible to wait for in Baranovichi, there was nothing to apply for) It turned out that in the capital they couldn't even make a diagnosis, even the wrong one!) I thank all the doctors of the department for their Human attitude, for your serious experience and knowledge! You're cool! of course, with such a serious and intelligent head as Oleg Georgievich, nothing else is possible, thank you all! And also, I would like to thank and acknowledge the sensitivity and kindness of the department's nurses, of course! I never thought that in an ordinary city hospital you can get it for free!) so much attention and care, thank you!
Sankovich Kristina
I was lying in the second surgery, the doctor discharged me and already at 11:00 another person came to my place, I had to go out into the corridor and wait for a discharge, sick leave, as a result, I sat for 4 hours and a half. This is some kind of horror!
Everything was fine in neurosurgery and the person was polite, especially many thanks to the head of SHIPAI ANDREY PITROVICH for a competent approach and proper treatment for more such doctors in this hospital!!!!!
The staff is rude and ill-mannered. They shout at minors, insult them. Constantly arguing about nothing. All the time I was there, I was under stress. It's a terrible hospital, I don't advise you to go there. So that everyone would be healthy!
We asked for advice at the reception department from Gorky Street. At first, we received a rather rude response from the woman sitting outside the door. After receiving a remark, she sent us to a shelter on Brestskaya Street. From there, we were taken to the ENT department and the doctor on duty was called. They asked me to wait . We waited from 9.55 to 10.55. The doctor did not come. Maybe if it was a paid reception, everything would be more respectful and faster?
On January 14, this year, an operation was performed to remove the gallbladder. I would like to note the work of anesthesiologist Ekaterina Kovalchuk and say thank you so much for your individual approach and professionalism. I hope that the management will find an opportunity to celebrate the work of a specialist. Sincerely, Kosyanik A.S.
I was in traumatology, a young doctor, sitting with two nurses, having a nice conversation. He asked me what I had and started laughing. They were sent to another doctor
Terrible treatment of people , they can't provide any help , I arrived with an inflamed eyelid at 21.10, I was sent to an optometrist, there is no surgeon, come tomorrow, please take into account the comment, there is no limit to rudeness, why are you on round-the-clock duty in an institution where there is no help !?
09.02.2021 slipped on the bus.I couldn't go any further.I called an ambulance.they put a tight bandage on it and brought it to the emergency room.after I got to the office, I was sent for an X-ray...it was necessary to go to the next building (but where is the logic ??? okay, the arm, but the leg, should be all in one place or provide assistance to an injured person with injuries to the lower extremities), and there is snow porridge on the tracks, and ice under it...When I said that I couldn't walk, the answer was, am I going to carry you in my arms???nothing was provided, neither a cane nor a stroller...I somehow leaned on the wall, crying...then a girl with an injured arm came up and offered to help me...we reached the X-ray after waiting there for a couple of hours, I get an X-ray, the result is taken out and there is a comminuted fracture of the right tibia in cp \ z with displacement...A hospital employee saw the diagnosis and immediately offered me a stroller...it is necessary to treat people humanely in these situations, and especially with injuries...
Boorish attitude towards visitors. The girl who was at the reception desk can't really explain anything. All the buildings are scattered, in order to find what I needed, I had to go around the hospital in a circle, and go around all the buildings, as they explained where to go, I went to the morgue! Also, the girl in the office where to pay proved to be very rude! She was rude, and with the look of "what are you doing here, my working day is ending." Naturally, after we had already missed our appointed time, we found the very building! So when recording patients, please explain where to go! As it is done in private healthcare institutions! We won't come here anymore!

I'm lucky! My problem was solved by two traumatologists Dmitry Vladimirovich Lukyanchik and Andrey Anatolyevich Glyad. We solved it using a modern innovative method. Thanks!!!! It seems that they know how and love their work. The management needs to encourage young, intelligent, promising people in every possible way!!! Thanks again!!! ///Sincerely, A. Olifiruk.
They generally work there, my grandmother sits there all morning and can't take her tests , her temperature is under 40 , only one doctor works there , everyone went on vacation and I don't understand how this hospital can work normally
