We believe that this is the best shawarma in Lugansk. The taste does not change from the change of chefs who cook it. This place is suitable even for small family holidays and to lift the mood. Friendly and helpful staff. My wife loves tea with milk very much. And this is the only place where hot milk is added to tea at her request. If Lena accepts your order, then be sure that they will do everything exactly the way you want. The attentive staff and delicious cuisine encourage us to come back here again and again. In one famous book it is written that it is not ordinary people who come to the master of their craft, but kings. Therefore, I would not be surprised if one day I meet a famous person here who also appreciated this institution.

I want to leave a review for the Barbecue cafe. I would like to start with the fact that the staff is not friendly, they swear in the cash register area, they shout without paying attention to the visitor. I also want to highlight the fat girl at the checkout for her boorish attitude towards customers.
Regarding the food, a long wait (they say 7-15 minutes, and as a result you can wait for your order and all 40 minutes), French fries are dry and frozen, a recent change in cheese sticks has only made them worse, a terrible toilet room, the sartir is not in proper condition, the hall is dirty, the tables are not cleaned after previous clients.I also noticed the Prussians in the hall.

We ordered delivery means.. they didn't call us back for 20 minutes to confirm the order. We decided to call ourselves. A woman with an unfriendly voice picked up the phone and briefly replied, "The order is being considered." And she hung up. What is there to consider.. in general, we made the order two days ago and it is still being considered. The cons are not over. On the website, in the "payment and delivery" section, there is free shipping from 1000 rubles . We have gained positions for 1800₽ and paid delivery has been added to us. The total would be 20-50₽ if that evil woman would consider the order…
In general, I do not advise this institution at least for delivery ... who knows, maybe in life they do not choose which orders to consider, and which to do and everything as you wanted)

After an hour of waiting for delivery, which was confirmed on the website, the order switched to the canceled status. Without a call, without warning, just an hour of time to nowhere, although the site took an additional cost for delivery. I decided to figure out and call why my order was canceled, to which I was told that for the sake of two gyros they would not arrange delivery (although even ordering a taxi for delivery would be cheaper than paying the amount indicated on the website here). Why is the possibility of delivery indicated at all if it is not actually carried out? Why mislead people and waste their time? When I asked the operator this question, she just hung up.

No one brought the second order, paid for in advance by card, after calling the institution, they rudely said that they would not bring it. The money was told to return, but the cancellation of the purchase did not go through. No money, no order. The staff is always rude. It is not possible to write a review to the management, I asked for the INN of the company, refused to provide it.
