I waited for my haircut for as long as 25 minutes, although I was booked in advance for a specific time. And as a result, barber refused to give me a haircut at all, because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay. It turns out that not only did they mess up over time, they also refused to do a haircut. An extremely unprofessional act. Barber was also rude.
