Today, on 12/23/2020, I faced this situation: I signed up for a haircut through the website on 10/16/2020, when booking the price was 15p. When I came for a haircut, they tell me that the price has changed since Sunday (12/20/2020) and now it is 20p. There was no notification of a change in value, and with the armor, the price was 15p. Everyone referred to the leaders and did not consider it necessary to solve this situation. It's not about money, but about the service, they can send messages after booking and an hour before the visit by SMS and email, but they do not consider it necessary to change the cost of services. I will not use the services anymore.
Great hair salon with great prices. Only professionals work. I have been serving here for two years, I am very satisfied.

Terrible quality of service. Cheap - due to the fact that the process is put on stream, forgetting about the quality. Cut it with a bad tool for 15 minutes, now wait a week and run to a normal master to smooth the haircut.
Everything is described in the attached screenshot of the review, which was "miraculously" deleted from their site after half an hour.
Back at the office, my colleagues asked who "cut me off" like that, they didn't cut my hair above my ears, they left my long hair - how could you not notice???
The tool is terrible, the blade of the clipper is hot, they are being driven over the skin - not a very pleasant feeling. The "master" dries the hair with "boiling water" of a hair dryer. After the haircut, the head was not washed, everything is in fine hair. About styling, it's probably either a pity for a drop of paste or gel, or just the "religion of a wonderful barbershop" does not allow it to be done.
It is better to pay 2 times more, where the hair will be neatly cut within an hour, all the points will be taken into account, and you will come again. In this barbershop, everything is set on stream, for schoolchildren aged 8-14, there will be a haircut. But if you want to get a good haircut, look for a really good hairdresser with a master of his craft, do not be afraid to overpay their cost - it's worth it.
