We came to this hotel for the second time. What I want to say is that we were immediately greeted at the reception by a girl named Aleyna, who was very kind and made a free room upgrade, as is customary in all 5-star hotels. The maid ümmü seleme was very attentive to us, offered extra slippers, as mine got wet in the spa, water, coffee. She treated us very sensitively and cordially.
As for the spa, the new Turgay manager demonstrates his professionalism from the very first seconds, stands up politely when he sees a guest, is sincerely interested in business and how he can help. Said made tea from the spa and made sure that there was water in the sauna, brought menthol for a pleasant smell, and was also very friendly.
At breakfast, the Yaşar waiter made amazing freshies and delicious coffee, we are coffee fans and felt that our coffee was made with love.
Of course, in conclusion, I want to say a few words about the owner of the hotel: the manager of Mert, he really enjoys each of his guests, does everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. An employee like Mert deserves to become CEO of Barceló Cappadokia, we have extensive experience staying in the best chain hotels such as Anantara, Hilton, Four Seasons, and we know what we are talking about. Mert is a professional in his field.
Of course, we will come back again and more than once.

Deserved five stars. During the vacation we were in 8 different hotels, the Barcello is above all praise. The room is gorgeous, the service is excellent. Everything else is just a quibble. Standard room for 8000₽ per day. And not least, not far from Goreme, there is an observation deck nearby where you can watch the balloons launch in the morning.

It's a great hotel. The employees are very polite and caring. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days at a very affordable price. I wish there were branches in other cities, it would make me say. Book a place without thinking, the location is also very good, it's easy to get anywhere. The breakfast options are quite numerous and delicious. The dinners are also nice, but the main dishes can be enriched a little more, this may be the only negative comment
