A pretty good hotel! Varied cuisine. A gorgeous huge swimming pool. Animation programs in the evenings for children and those leaving (watch with sound on the video). There are plenty of sun beds. The room is quite spacious, but the hotel is of course already tired and in need of repair. The beach is much worse cleaned than in the UAE, covered in algae…

A beautiful palace hotel.
The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. I changed the room on the third floor with a view of the sea and the pool (noisy) to the opposite side: a view of the sea and the golf course.
The cuisine is diverse, the food is delicious. The chef was on top-he greeted the guests with a smile.
Delicious ice cream.
A private sandy beach with a gentle entrance is convenient for children; there are also many beach toys. The water in the sea and in the pools is clean.
A wonderful vacation. I recommend.

I chose this hotel because there were no places in mine. As in the reviews below, the very first impression is the reception-the face of the hotel, which is not happy to see you. Communicating with guests with a haughty grin and the appearance that they are doing you a favor, that they are talking to you at all. I meet this for the first time in my life. On the beach, a lifeguard really sells places, sunbeds with towels in the front rows can stand all day and no one will approach them. The beach is dirty, algae is not cleaned, as in other things, and cigarette butts and tubes. In that hotel, where there was no place, the beach is the cleanest, and the rescuers, on the contrary, if they see that you can't find a free sunbed, they will bring you another one with a mattress right away, in the same, hide yourself, carry yourself, look for yourself))
The food in the restaurant is normal, but there is no variety, especially breakfast, I thought by the end of the vacation we would either crow or hum)))
I didn't swim in the main pool, the weather was great, but I heard from the guests that they cut their feet and fingers on the beaten tile a couple of times.
Waiters, bartenders, maids are all very friendly, but what kind of problems with the face of the hotel, the management would like to figure out. With the exchange of money, they really get wise, they try to heat up, requests are fulfilled after the third time at best. In general, I will definitely not set foot in this hotel anymore and will not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in September 2023. This is the 4th vacation in Tunisia and in this hotel for the first and last time. Reception: the circus started at check-in, the first one handed over the voucher and filled out the questionnaire, stepped aside so that other tourists from our transfer also filled out the questionnaires. As a result, my voucher was lost by the receptionist and he refused to check me in. He was not satisfied with showing the voucher on his phone, he demanded a piece of paper. I spoke in English, but I really wanted to switch to Russian, because the receptionist claimed that he did not take any voucher from me. I reviewed my papers several times and did not find them. I don't know by what miracle, but I found it, after 5 minutes of my nerves, in a completely different place. Then I called someone, as I understood my room with a sea view was not available, they gave me a suite of not very good quality, with a view of the garden, with the promise to relocate as soon as possible. Our check-in was at 4 a.m., after the expiration of the paid day. then the room was given a normal one, there are no complaints. The rest of the guests also changed rooms with my arrival a day later, as they apparently settled into the most miserable rooms. They try to cheat every time they change money at the reception. $1 costs 3.12 dinars, for $ 100 I was given 212 dinars instead of 312. When asked where else 100 dinars are, they pretend that they do not understand you. The second time they exchange 10 dollars instead of 31 dinars, they give out 11 dinars, and again they pretend that everything is correct. So be extremely careful and do not touch the money until the full amount is given out as expected! Beach: not cleaned, cigarette butts, paper cups, plastic cocktail tubes, water bottle caps are all over the beach belonging to the hotel. The algae washed up on the shore also lay there, making only a couple of passes to the water. The first row of sun beds is always considered occupied, but for $ 2 or euros, a beach employee will provide it to you. That is, he takes it himself with beach towels, and then sells it. Beach towels are a separate story, if you did not have time to take it before 9 a.m., then you will get either a semblance of a towel or nothing. Animation: suitable for lovers of relaxing holidays, they are unobtrusive. There are sometimes interesting shows in the evening. According to drinks: alcohol is local, if you do not abuse it, it will do. But, there is no natural coffee anywhere, in any bar on the territory of the hotel, only powdered coffee from the machine. This is very strange for a 5-star hotel, I have not even seen this in 3 stars in Tunisia. The elevators in the hotel work as they please. It's not a problem to go up or down the stairs, but the stairs are deaf without windows, the light of the lamps is triggered by motion sensors, which also practically do not work, so a phone with a flashlight will help you. Plus, I've been watching spilled coffee and cigarette butts on the stairs all week. That is, public places are cleaned randomly, or they are not cleaned at all. The only thing I can praise is the restaurant: the food is excellent and varied, live calm music in the evening, the staff service is also on the level, they will always find you a table, quickly remove plates from previous guests, and serve again. Drinks will be offered, and in the process they will also come up and refill a glass of water or wine. It's as if the hotel itself with its staff and the restaurant with the waiters are two different organizations. I do not recommend this hotel to rest. And this is not only my opinion and impressions about the 5-star hotel, I have heard the same thing from other guests from Latvia, Lithuania, and Russia.

I have wanted to visit this hotel for a very long time..and finally we succeeded....
The transfer brought us to the hotel at 6 a.m., there were no welcome drinks, even the reception staff read "we are not happy to see you.".A few hours of waiting (in the hope that we will pay the money for early accommodation) and we are given the keys to the room.
Room 3040, overlooking the pool and a piece of the sea. Very spacious, modern room. Great beds, new mattresses. The pillows are tired, long and thin. There are no blankets, a huge fleece blanket and 2 sheets-a strange and incomprehensible design. Huge bathroom, working plumbing, double sink, toilet, bidet, large balcony with upholstered furniture. There was no tea station, the mini bar was empty, there were no bathrobes-of all the above, we managed to fuck only the last one, and that, from 100500 times. The maids clean perfectly, but there is a constant problem with towels-they are taken away in the morning.... In the afternoon, a special quest is to find a maid and fuck a new towel..We saved the robes -we wiped ourselves with them..
Food for 4, there are a lot of reviews about it below, I will not repeat myself. The restaurant service is disgusting. Even constant tips did not change the picture-the child was waited for 10 minutes for water..When asked to bring wine, ignore, when asked again, muttering under your breath - You Russians drink so much!
The outdoor pool is beautiful and spacious, but you have to be careful-there are a lot of sharp tiles that have fallen off.The indoor saltwater pool is not that big, but we were pleased that it was, as it rained for several days and it was cold-we escaped by swimming in it.
The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The sea itself is dirty in this place, there is a lot of garbage. In 2022, we were in a hotel 5 minutes away from this and the same sea was dirty.
The bars have disgusting cocktails, everything is kind of chemical-cloying. Beer and wine are good, a delicious Cetradine drink, especially if with ice.
During our vacation, there was a strange situation with the exchange of money at the hotel-the constant answer is no money, change it at the Port in the bank.
There was no animation really, standard antics on stage and 10 minutes of mini disco.
I really liked the hotel's room stock and that's probably all..I have been to many hotels in Tunisia and there is something to compare it with, although it has 5 stars, but in fact it is a beautiful three.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious and cozy. The service is excellent, respectfully polite. The kitchen is for every taste. There were NO cases of trading places on the beach. Sports volleyball, ping pong, checkers, chess, etc.

A very nice hotel. Clean, new rooms. Cleaning every day. Towels are changed daily. The food is excellent. Lots of vegetables, fruits, dairy products. Chicken, beef, sausages and cheeses. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. Wine, vodka, rum, everything is excellent, you can drink it. The beer is decent and so on. The sea and the beach are a separate topic. The sand is white, the entrance is smooth. The animation is weak, but the guys are trying. The staff is polite, which is very nice. Hello everyone We had a vacation with my husband this year in September. I really liked the hotel. The rooms are large, chic, the food is good, lots of fruits, lots of fish. The beach is great, cleaned every day. But the animation is weak. Maybe the guys are tired by September? But in general, I liked everything. 👍👍👍

Very bad animation! You can say it doesn't exist at all. Very boring! We settled in quickly, for an additional fee! But the room was not extended even for money, they asked to leave at 12 o'clock, and the bus only at 19 o'clock. The cuisine is the same throughout Tunisia, which is 5*, which is 3*. The service is good, alcohol in the evening bar "sivushny ". There is no net in the sea, there are a lot of jellyfish, garbage, algae.
