The hotel is one star, the owner is very greedy, the bar only has a name, the bartender dilutes all the drinks, there is nothing strong, only sour wine, the boss turns off the music upstairs at 21h so that everyone leaves the bar and does not ask for anything, although everything is on until 22:00. Even when there are just people sitting at the table , he turns off the lights and makes it completely dark . The staff is all normal, but a very greedy host who saves on food and drinks. This is not an all-inclusive concept, if the bar does not have the opportunity to take alcohol for adults, sometimes even throughout the day, he says that he is not there now, he will be in the evening, although by all rules the bar is open from 10 a.m. and everything should be freely available all day until the evening . He raised the price of the hotel enormously, but the boss's attitude towards the guests is simply disgusting.

This is a small family hotel, mostly vacationing with children. Quietly, calmly. Internet in the lobby, there is no Internet in the rooms. The food is ordinary, the cook distributes it himself in portions, alcohol, beer, wine, strong drinks in the evenings (there were no limits), the room is cleaned every day (there are no pillows in the photo, because we sleep without them, I specially removed them). The room was cleaned every day, the air conditioner was working, the refrigerator I don't know.
There are a lot of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and an exchange office nearby.
The beach on one side of the plate (for small children) is next to the usual sandy and pebble beach..
The center is not far from the walking beach.
The hotel is on the main street.
At 22.00 pm, the gatherings on the roof end and it gets quiet.
It is comfortable for those who are used to silence and are looking for peace.
The staff knows Russian, but mostly English.
Cleanliness is monitored, but many guests are pigging themselves and it is difficult to keep track of everyone quickly, especially early in the morning, when no one cleans the snack area at night.
For your money, a decent option.
Initially, we were looking for just an option, no frills, since we have our own priorities for recreation.
Thanks to the manager who helped decide on the hotel, the guide who was always in touch and immediately solved any issues. The vacation went very well, calmly.

Yes, the hotel is not new, but very welcoming, comfortable. Everything you need is there, Wi-Fi in the lobby, hairdryer, TV in the room. The husband was settled with his daughter earlier, since the room was free, on the last day they were allowed to check out later, by the time of arrival of the transfer. They were fed delicious fresh food, vegetables, salads, sausages - there was always something to choose from. Hot meals were served in portions, drinks and delicious coffee, alcohol - in unlimited quantities. The hotel is located in the very center, near the bus stop, several stops and you can get to Cleopatra beach. Not far away is a cable car, a tower, a seaport. Shops, cafes, everything is nearby. The staff is friendly. Mostly couples with children, or a more adult contingent, have a rest. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, but the sea is so close that there was no need for a pool. An excellent three for your money, taking into account the location, attitude to the tourist, not bad food and variety, a solid five for the guys.

A very beautiful view on the fifth floor, you can see the whole beach, you can see the port, the mountain looks very beautiful at night, yes it is not five stars, but because of its location it benefits a lot. Near the hotel there is everything, a currency exchange office, shops, pharmacies, there is even a stomatology, just across the street is the beach. The staff is very polite and pleasant to communicate with.

A great hotel if your goal is to lose weight and sober up. The staff takes care of your health - the elevator often does not work (people got stuck with me twice) and it is better to walk up to the 5th (+1) floor, where the dining room has a great view of the city (of all the hotels in Turkey where I have been, the view is the most pleasant); the food is extremely correct - porridge and legumes, stewed vegetables and chicken giblets (fish with bones once a week). Warm food is given to everyone personally in portions on a plate. The greens are great. No limits! Olives too. The local cheeses are good. I didn't take the rest. Dessert consists of an incomprehensible pudding and watermelon without restrictions. The white loaf is delicious. They cook well according to the local version of hospital food. Coffee is instant in the machine, we bought our own and brewed Turkish ground coffee with boiling water from titanium. If you want a normal tea, bring your own. Wine is not ice, beer is pleasant. The beer limit is 4 glasses per nose per day. Then they feel sorry for the drink. Strong drinks were not risked to try, juices-sprites-colas too. The room is terrifying at first, then you get used to it. There is a cot bed (rigid and springs are felt), the pillow is not comfortable. The towel was changed with a fight 1 time a week before departure. The linen was not changed. Conditionally cleaned 2 times a week. There is a TV, but I didn't turn it on. The air conditioner does not work for everyone. The refrigerator turns off when you leave. The most funny thing is that you do not need to take good things and decent amounts of money to this hotel - there is no safe (in principle, there is no receptionist either); the room door closes on my word of honor with a furniture button - you can open it with your finger!!! Moreover, as the experience of the guys who lost the key has shown, everyone has the same keys! Our balcony door had no handle and was also conditionally closed with a finger. But - a room with a view ... to WiFi - this rare happiness goes only to those who live in the lower floors above the pool (a rare freak; it did not even occur to try it). On the plus side, the view from the dining room is great! The ugly pool bar doesn't work in principle. No animation, no children, no music - quiet and peaceful. The beach is municipal and not bad (umbrella + chaise longue 50 lira). A normal beach, but Cleopatra is definitely better. You can walk to old Alanya. You can swim in the morning and at night - the hotel is on the first line, although you need to cross the road to the beach. You will have no remorse and it will be a pity not to allow prison-hospital breakfasts-lunches-dinners. Although, for those who save money, the availability of 3 meals a day and basic drinks is a plus, because prices in Turkey have increased for the Russian tourist. I have a positive impression of the department + location, view, healthy food. — do not take expensive things, equipment, a lot of money. +/— if you want to travel and from time to time sleep in a hotel, swim and enjoy the sea, then this is a normal budget option. Everything is nearby - the sights are within walking distance, the sea is within walking distance, shops (supermarkets) too; the bus stop is a minute walk away.

If you plan to just relax without any frills, take more money with you, because in the evenings it's boring and you don't want to go for a walk, there is no animation in the hotel! There is no music, there is a cool pool, but children are very often furious in it, and it is not very pleasant when you turn around and splashes fly at you from the fact that the child jumped with a bomb! Okay, half the trouble, for lunch and dinner the same soy meatballs, for 7 days of rest they gave 1 time chicken, 1 time fish, you can't call it fish, dried, crooked oblique little fish!
The rooms are good without any bells and whistles, old of course, but you can live! Separately, I wanted to devote time to the topic of cleaning, cleaning the rooms either every day or every other day, well, maybe we were lucky, the day before departure, we had cleaning in our room, a pack of cigarettes was missing, the whole thing was just opened and personal hygiene products for girls. Well, maybe she needs it more! I was just offended, I just wanted to leave her a tip, which she cleans up so often, but here's the thing... Okay, you can understand everything! The hotel is cheap! But a good one! Thanks for the rest! Avoid it at all costs, even if you will be charged extra for a tour to this hotel.
Briefly:
Room facilities: a bed or two, a bedside table (ONE), a TV on the wall (who saw the Mongol invasion), a barely working refrigerator, a hole in the wall with a pair of hangers (replaces the closet). All.
Smoky mattresses and terribly uncomfortable pillows. Musty-smelling underwear, or rather, its likeness. Half-moldy walls and blood stains from insects. cockroaches.
The absence of any other furniture. The absence of a safe, the absence of working outlets.
The air conditioners are installed in the rooms in different ways, so here you are lucky. In our room, he hung exactly opposite the bed and blew according to his regime right in the face.
The bathroom is all combined. The shower pours exactly on the toilet and then all over the floor. There is no partition, no curtain, nothing. Each procedure of turning on the shower is accompanied by a complete flooding of the bathroom.
One of the hygiene supplies is a broken dispenser on the wall with an incomprehensible liquid. Hot water at room temperature, that is, no.
The balcony is small with two plastic chairs. The sound insulation is excellent, you can hear all the neighbors + life in the hallway and on the street.
The food at the hotel is based on the principle of "who managed it, got it." You need to come 15-10 minutes before the start so that you get a table and something from the slicing. During an hour and a half of lunch / dinner, the layout is in the first 30-40 minutes, then the leftovers on the walls of the plates. Basins with salads are a mixture of sluggish and half-rotten herbs + tomatoes + overripe cucumbers. Don't expect any other food.
Of alcohol, only beer and wine (powdered). I would like to draw your attention to the fact that beer ends constantly at five o'clock in the evening, and the staff habitually responds:- "it will be tomorrow."
There is a single bar in the dining room on the 5th floor. Nothing else works anywhere else.
Internet is only available in the hotel lobby. Don't expect good speed or stable connection, especially when everyone is trying to get online in the evening.
Cleaning every three days and after several reminders. Cleaning includes taking out the trash and cleaning toilet paper. The floors or the bed are not touched.
The elevator is a separate topic. It is scanty, constantly dirty and does not always work.
The pool is not filtered. 5 sunbeds around the perimeter withstand periodic races of those who want to lie down from the series "who is ahead and who is stronger".
The whole hotel is stuffy. There are no air conditioners, as well as lights on the stairs.
The staff is boorish and it feels like the hotel is working so that the staff can relax \ eat there and bring their families for entertainment.
The beach does not belong to the hotel, but it is the dirtiest place in Alanya.

Let's start with arriving at the hotel. On 07/16/12, we had a departure from Minsk at 12.00, flew for 6 hours, landed in Antalya at 18.00 , received our luggage and went to look for our transfer. We drove 3 hours to Alanya and where at 22.00 we arrived at the hotel. No one fed us . At the reception, we were given the keys to the room on the 3rd floor, the room was 309, took the elevator, opened the door and were shocked. 2 beds, a door to the toilet , a balcony , room 2 * 2, there was nowhere to put suitcases, and things were left unpacked all the rest, if necessary. There is nowhere to put them there. I went to swear at the reception to change the room, there are no rooms. Although they give their local comrades good rooms, and what's left for us who have arrived.
They asked about the safe and charged 30 euros for 8 nights. We decided to leave the money in the suitcase, where we installed a combination lock. Water in coolers on the 1st and 5th floor..... They don't give bottled water, even if you pour it into your hands.
Meal.... This is a separate topic.... on day 3, I howled that I wanted to eat. Breakfast is soy sausage, processed cheeses, jam, and vegetables..... boiled eggs 1 piece per face. No omelets, no pancakes, no breakfast cereals.... none of this. Eat bread in any quantity.....it's really delicious there. Oh, the most interesting thing was to watch how a man from the reception came in the morning and cut bread without gloves, without a hat on his head. Lunch and dinner are also a quest..... they will give you meat to eat, there is no meat to eat what they put. They give all sorts of fast-cooking cutlets and then one by one, so that they don't eat a lot. Everything that was not eaten in the morning, afternoon and evening will be cut into salads. In the same way, they put what is tastier in the dining room for their own, and for us who have arrived, what is left. Sweets were only in the evening mannik soaked in sweet syrup, fruits are not tasty watermelons and grapes were given 3 times. The bar has vodka, gin, white and red wine, and no beer at all. It is not possible to drink wine - this ink .
Room cleaning,,, is a tinny thing. In 10 days, they cleaned 1 time and then the hair was smeared on the room, it was not possible to walk barefoot in the room. The linen was changed once, the sheets were synthetic into pellets, the towels were dirty.... no one put shampoos and gels on, they went with everything of their own. The cleaners themselves are dirty.... they watched how the room was cleaned, and they themselves lay down on a cleanly made bed. They come to clean up at a time when people are sleeping .... they knock, they see that they are sleeping and do not come in anymore.
Meeting with a guide (a representative of the Turkish side of Coral Travel) the girl's name is Evgenia, rude, rude, arrogant, does not know how to communicate with people at all. She imposed excursions in such a tone that right now at this minute, you are obliged to buy this or that tour from her. When they said we weren't going anywhere, I threw our documents at the reception desk and didn't even leave my contact.
She didn't care how we settled in or if there were any questions about cleaning the room.
The sea is across the street, the beach is dirty, the sun beds are 40 lira, we paid for 2 sun loungers + an umbrella for the whole day. A friend on the beach charges 30 from someone, 40 from someone, 50 lira from Europeans. The sea is good and clean.
The cafe next to the barkhan hotel is called, the food is so-so bad price tag.
The attitude towards tourists is disgusting.... don't waste money, it's better to add a little bit and go to another hotel, and not to this homeless shelter. We drove to the airport on the way back using the navigator, it was very funny when we drove in circles collecting tourists from hotels. I've been with Coral for 4 years now, and it was the most terrible hotel. I'm not a picky person, but this is the BOTTOM. Until the hotel owner reviews the hotel's policy and attitude towards tourists, there will be such reviews. People pay money in order to relax, and not to live half-starved and in terrible conditions.

They begin to find fault with everything. My opinion is that the hotel is good! The main thing is the sea, the beach is clean! The food is normal. Yes, there is no abundance, BUT everything is delicious! You'd think that they only eat lobsters at home! There was no beer. We took white wine. The hotel is MINI, quiet, without fuss (she is tired of home) but everything is within walking distance! We are satisfied. And yet - not every three have cleaning every day and a change of linen in 2-3 days.
