I stayed at the hotel from May 25 to June 3. The hotel corresponds to three stars. The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is 5-7 minutes walk away. One disadvantage is to go to the sea through the garbage cans of the Migros store, the smell is terrible. But you can go to the other side of the road and walk normally. It is very good that there is a private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is different, there is sand, there are slabs. I took special slippers with me for a bad bottom, they were not useful, I found a good, sandy entrance to the sea, it is just opposite our beach with sun beds. We were lucky with the weather, and the sea also managed to warm up. While I was on vacation, there was no toilet, no shower, no bar on the beach. But on the last day there was a shower. I think we've finished everything else now. This is a big plus for the hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool with a small paddling pool for children. The water is clean, chlorinated, the smell of chlorine is felt, but not much. There is a slide in the pool. The water in the Slide is turned on from 14 to 16. At this time, vacationers have a quiet hour, but it is not possible to sleep, joyful children's cries do not let them sleep. This is a minus. The rooms in the hotel are more or less decent, clean. At first, they did the cleaning every day, then they came up with the idea to do it during a quiet hour, of course I refused, I wanted to relax after the shower and the sun, and not wait until they deigned to clean the room. Great hotel. Fully justifies its three stars. We went at the end of August. There were no queues anywhere. Neither for food, nor for sun beds. Rooms 2 were taken for 5 people. One room is a family room, excellent, two-room, with new furniture, suitable for 4 people. I really liked the hospitality of the staff:they are polite, smiling, not intrusive.They fulfill, if possible, any request, try to make their stay as comfortable as possible. I especially want to mention the Napkin, my mother really liked it. The location is great. It's close to the sea. There are places on the sea where a swimsuit is cut down in mlits for a convenient approach, this can be seen by the crowd of people, but it is suitable for people with children. We were coming down from the pier, very convenient. The sea is the purest! The beach is good, sun beds, umbrellas are free.. The courteous young man kept order, wiped the sunbeds, put umbrellas, as convenient, daily. There is an inexpensive cafe on the beach, they accept the world card. The menu includes freshly squeezed juices, cocktails, pizza, etc. You can always find something in the dining room of the hotel. 6 snacks. I do not understand those who say that there is nothing to eat🤷♀️Have you come here? Do you also eat at home? Every day there is a different meat dish, salads, French fries, jam of several types-fig, rose petals, honey. Cheese of several types, sausage of 2 types, sweets (I did not take it), yogurt, flakes of 2 types. From fruits-watermelons, oranges, apples. From the snack-a delicious tortilla, every day with a different filling, shortbread cookies of 2 types. Online-we immediately bought a SIM card nearby in the store. And they took two for five people. (You can give them to each other) and there were no problems. There are plenty of shops. I took a discount card at Migros and bought gifts there. The market is held 2 times a week. We went to eat exotic fruits: mango, dragon fruit, passion fruit. As it was, there was enough food. You can also buy things at the market, but you have to bargain😃There is a leather shop next to the hotel. We had a great time there with our spouse with jackets at an inexpensive price😃In general, the rest was a success! We got a very inexpensive ticket, I'm glad!

We stayed at the hotel from 07/12/2011 for 10 days. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Among the advantages, I can highlight the food (quite satisfying, but without variety), the animator Joseph (speaks Russian well) and the Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Now the cons: 1) FOOD. The dining room is not designed for the flow of tourists, in order to eat, you need to stand in line for 20-30 minutes, and then find a free place, because there are not enough tables for everyone. If you haven't woken up for breakfast by 7 a.m., then be ready to eat leftovers after 8, because the food is not replenished. 2)Number. The room is just awful. The standard is a 5*3m chest of drawers and a bath/toilet. There is no curtain in the bathroom, all the water pours on the tile, so you can easily break your head or break something. The taps are running, you go into the bathroom in the morning, the pool has never been changed in 10 days, and to change the towels you need to run around and look for a cleaner yourself. The room may not be cleaned for several days in a row if you did not open the door at 8-8.30. 3)ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL.
Throughout the day, you and your children are on their own, the animator arranges something worthwhile only after dinner. The pool is open from 10 to 18. Then you can't swim. She doesn't care about anything else, all the hotel staff speak negatively about her, even she forbids children to take more than one glass of regular soda.

Breakfast in the morning. There were a lot of vegetables, chicken legs, turkey, other meat products, nuggets, and fish. There are a lot of sweets made from fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, tangerines. As much as you ask, so much will be put. No one left hungry. Drinks at the bar: juices, wine, beer. They pour it into cups. Come up at least ten times-they won't refuse. Before lunch-gozleme, lunch, after four coffee breaks, dinner in the evening. The staff is very respectful. We arrived at the hotel around 22.00. We were greeted at the reception by a beautiful girl who speaks English and Turkish perfectly. Fill out the forms, everything is fast, we got up, left our things, a wonderful fresh soup was already waiting for us in the dining room downstairs. Breakfast starts at 8.00 in the morning, although you can not put food on your own, they will put as much as you want on your plate, by the way, you can come back for more, no one will refuse you. Having met many vacationers, they all answered the same way-they feed very well. Lunch and dinner were always varied, the hot menu included both fish and meat cooked in different forms, I liked all the dishes. A huge selection, everything is fresh and delicious! We had a rest in two couples in Bariscan from October 10 to October 25, 2018. I have never been to Turkey in the month of October before, for fear of getting into the already not very summer weather. But everything turned out to be much better and only a couple of cloudy days with a little rain overshadowed the end of the vacation. But we also used them productively, hanging out in the beautiful places and shops of Alanya (travel to the city center is 35-40 minutes by minibus and costs 3 lira). The weather at this time of year is already more unpredictable and similar to our average summer weather: on a clear day it is 25-28 °C, sometimes cooler (+24-25 °C) with clouds or haze in the sky, and occasionally a short rain. I was also pleased with the sea, it was mostly calm, warm and transparent, only on the day of departure on the 25th it got very excited. Well, if it's about the sea, then about the beach of the Bariscan hotel.
The beach is about 300-400 meters away from the hotel, bypassing land or underground crossings over the motorway. The coastline in this area is separated from the settlement of Mahmutlar by a highway and is covered with pebbles near the water, and sand in the area of sunbeds. Sun beds with mattresses on the beach are divided into two zones: free under canopies and paid with umbrellas. I will immediately mention that there are no beach towels in the hotel, so take your own or buy them on the spot (you can even buy thin ones for $ 1). There are toilets, showers and a paid cafe-bar. The entrance to the sea has a bottom in the form of stone slabs with a heterogeneous structure and shell rock overgrown on these plates. Therefore, I strongly recommend buying swimming slippers from the first day of your vacation, as I myself have experienced and heard about the numerous wounds of the feet and knees on the sharp edges of the shell. On one side, the Bariscan beach for entering the sea has a bowl 10 meters wide, cut artificially in the rock of the seabed. However, the entrance to it is not shallow and it was difficult for the grannies to enter, and especially to get out of it on slippery edges. As a recommendation to the hotel, overheard by the same grannies, make a ladder with handrails to enter the bowl according to the type of ladder for the pool and fix it rigidly to the rock. There is also a pier to the right of the hotel beach with a staircase to enter the sea. You use it to remove all the irregularities of the bottom and immediately descend the stairs to a depth of about chest-deep for an adult, then only swim. The ladder for launching into the water from the pier is removed at night and in case of a rough sea. Since the bottom has a rocky structure, not a sandy one, even when the sea is agitated, the water is not cloudy and remains relatively transparent. All these features of the beach, I think, are not very suitable for vacationers with young children. Although, there were such vacationers at the hotel, and the kids were floundering in the bowl. As for me, by the third day we were already used to such a sea and did not experience any inconvenience. Moreover, it is more interesting to swim 50-100 meters from the shore, the sea is calmer, the water is cleaner and more transparent, the depth of the sea is optimal for diving to depth.
The Bariskan 3*** hotel itself is located among the main urban development of Mahmutlar, therefore it does not have a landscaped green area like large hotels. However, the seven-storey building building, a swimming pool with a slide, and a large veranda with a bar and tables are successfully located on the territory. Moreover, the general area of the hotel is well separated from the road and when you are on the terrace, you do not notice the presence of the city behind the fence. My friends and I were moved to the 7th floor. The rooms are bright, spacious, clean, with decent furniture, a good bathroom and large balconies. And in general, the hotel is clean everywhere, the common areas and rooms are well cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed periodically or if necessary. Someone complained about the not very good water pressure in the shower, but this is an insignificant factor and you can wash quite adequately. What was missing: these are foot towels, since it is somehow unusual to wipe your feet using snow-white face towels. There were also a couple of hooks missing from the wall in the bathroom.
Check-in at the all-inclusive hotel. And here I will say that everything is very decent for a 3-star hotel: both the variety and the quality of cooking. There were also enough meat dishes: chicken, turkey, nuggets, sausages, not very clear, but edible sausage, occasionally fish. And there is no need to complain in the reviews about the lack of meat in the form of steaks, kebabs and other things, all this can be made up in any of the catering establishments in Mahmutlar for quite acceptable money for Russians.
There were especially a lot of vegetables, as they were fresh, and in various salads, and in incredibly delicious stews. Among the fruits in our arrival were: apples, plums, watermelons and various citrus fruits. And at the market and in the markets they themselves bought inexpensive strawberries (10 lire), pomegranates (3-5 lire), bananas with a taste from childhood (6 lire), pears.
Local alcohol: delicious draft beer, decent dry red and white wine, gin, crayfish and vodka (whiskey and rum do not happen at the hotel). In the store across the street from the hotel, they bought chips and nuts for beer, delicious and twice as cheap as ours. Drinks: a variety of lemonades, various types of coffee from the coffee machine, tea, drinking water from the machine. In addition to the main meals, there are three additional ones. I'll tell you about Gozlim, it's somewhere from 11 to 12 o'clock that delicious tortillas are baked from thin dough with various fillings (they go well with beer).

In my opinion, she does not know the feeling of fatigue, and at the same time, remains courteous and friendly with the guests. In general, the entire hotel staff is friendly, unobtrusive, smiling and executive, which creates a cozy warm atmosphere and you forget that you are relaxing here for money. And, of course, warm words of gratitude to the owners of this family-run hotel. Sandro and Abla not only perform the function of managing the hotel, but also take part in the life of the hotel and its guests themselves. Sandro speaks a little Russian, arranges animation for guests in the summer (there is no animation in October, I saw the videos), cooks awesome hookahs himself (at least we were lucky, he cooked). Abla, Sandro's mother, is engaged in the economic part: she was constantly seen busy with business together with the service staff. Respect to such hardworking and sincere owners of the hotel.
And finally: you need to be able to choose and organize your vacation. And how you did it depends on you more often. And no flaws in the decoration of the rooms, flaws in the kitchen, a bad look from a hotel employee, and even more so the pranks of nature will not spoil the vacation of someone who came for rest and impressions, and not for another assessment, review, a bold "tick" in his personal life or "likes" on social networks.
