I don't recommend this place at all, not what their point is! Yesterday they forgot about my reservation on Zhangeldin, sent me to Kabanbai batyr, agreed on certain conditions, we were not met normally on Kabanbai batyr, the staff was rude and rude, starting with Nazerke (night administrator on Zhangeldin) to waiters and a sound specialist on Kabanbai batyr, their sound specialist was generally insane, then whether drunk, or under something, there are no words at all... I couldn't explain anything normally. Their sound is terrible, on Kabanbai batyr in the 2nd VIP booth, alcohol bottles are lying behind the counter with microphones, there is no second microphone there, no one even apologized to me normally, I did not even see their second administrator, although it was her joint with armor, as Nazerke told me, and that she was sitting on Kabanbai Batyr, the waiters incorrectly closed the account, showed their character when I fundamentally disagreed with them, because I initially agreed with Nazerke the wrong way, in a word, complete "horror"!
