I don't recommend this place at all, not what their point is!
Yesterday they forgot about my reservation on Zhangeldin, sent me to Kabanbai batyr, agreed on certain conditions, we were not met normally on Kabanbai batyr, the staff was rude and rude, starting with Nazerke (night administrator on Zhangeldin) to waiters and a sound specialist on Kabanbai batyr, their sound specialist was generally insane, then whether drunk, or under something, there are no words at all... I couldn't explain anything normally. Their sound is terrible, on Kabanbai batyr in the 2nd VIP booth, alcohol bottles are lying behind the counter with microphones, there is no second microphone there, no one even apologized to me normally, I did not even see their second administrator, although it was her joint with armor, as Nazerke told me, and that she was sitting on Kabanbai Batyr, the waiters incorrectly closed the account, showed their character when I fundamentally disagreed with them, because I initially agreed with Nazerke the wrong way, in a word, complete "horror"!
Everyone keeps saying that it's not their fault, and that it's not their job, etc.
The question arises, then whose job is this, who works there at all?!

The rest in this institution was a huge disappointment. Booked in advance. The menu was dropped by whatsapp. Upon arrival, they gave us a different menu, and we ordered from it. There are no questions about music. The microphones go down quickly. VIP with the smell of cigarettes, smoking is allowed, but when the ventilation is turned on, it's as cold as outside in a couple of minutes. Alcohol prices are cosmic. The kitchen is disgusting. The order was waited for almost an hour. We ordered an assortment of kebabs, which implies a stick of each type, as we were told, in the end, 3 small pieces. The salads are mediocre, we ordered caesar-it turned out to be seasoned with mayonnaise. Caucasian slicing is generally a nightmare, one tomato, half a cucumber and half a pepper, three thin slices of cheese were laid out on a plate. Well, bullying. 3,700 for this!!! When we left, we began to sort out the menu, and we were asked to understand their situation. It's absurd. We've been shortchanged and we have to get into someone else's position. Of course, we won't go a second time. And I don't recommend it to anyone.

The room was said to be 2000, counted by 4000. The dishes are very small for such a price. The service is lame, we ordered a barbecue, asked for bread right away, they brought it only an hour later!!! They carry everything for a very long time. We ordered 3 dishes, the interval of each is 1.30-2.00 hours.
There is no Bluetooth on the music equipment, only their music. I wouldn 't go again for anything ! The evening is ruined.
