The administrator Karina is a professional! I live in Moscow, I ordered flowers for my sister's bachelorette party, unknowingly and unreliably ordered from Yandex to an institution on Valikhanov (and the holiday was at Barmaglot Bar&lab on Al-Farabi).
The staff of the second one gave Karina's number, she helped to solve the problem quickly, and the employee Victoria handed the flowers to the new courier.
The customer orientation of the institution is 10/10.
Yandex maps does not work with up-to-date information, according to their data there is only one institution with this name in Almaty, but this is not the case.
The institution and employees have 5 stars, Yandex has 0.
