Good afternoon, everyone! My wife and I struggled with choosing a developer for a long time and eventually settled on Barnhouse. The house was built according to an individual project that my wife and I developed. The house was built within 2.5 months, taking into account the foundation. Everything was built beautifully and neatly. Our manager was Anna. She put everything on the shelves for us and helped us solve emerging issues. Great kgmpany! We ordered a frame house from them ! The quality, service, materials and the best attitude are just at the highest level! In the spring we will order a second house and only from this company!

I want to express my gratitude to Alexander, Andrey, Alexey, Anna, as well as our builders, Electrician for the rapid construction of the house.All the employees were constantly in touch with us.The cost turned out to be cheaper than in some companies.We live not far from the built house, so we were often at the facility during construction.The builders were always ready to answer questions and explain what was what.A group was also created in Viber and a photo report was constantly thrown off there.I recommend it 100%.

I used the services of this company to build a barnhouse on my own project.
I was immediately bribed by the competent management of the client.
They answered all the questions, showed interest in solving my problems.
I was bribed by the fact that the amount is fixed in Belarusian rubles immediately upon signing the construction contract and cannot be increased.
Payment in stages. Each of a pre-determined size after the end of the construction phase fixed in the specification.
They work fast. I was satisfied with the quality.
We tried to resolve any issues, including controversial ones, promptly and, as a rule, in favor of the client. There were questions with contractors where without them in our time, but they were all resolved and the house was completed.
I have been living in the house for more than a year and so far there have been no questions about the quality of construction.
I can still turn to them with various questions.

We've worked with Barnhouse twice already. Two small frame houses were being built.
Firstly, the houses are beautiful, it immediately catches on.
Secondly, there are many ready-made houses that you can see, some even visit even inside.
The process of building a house is very well established, it was very important for me. We built the second house completely remotely. Barnhouse helped with solving various issues, always went to a meeting. They helped with solving even those problems that were not included in the agreed ones, or at least recommended whom to contact.
According to the timing, everything was as planned both times.
I really appreciate the high-quality work of both builders and managers. Taken together, this gives a transparent, clear process and the expectation coincides with the result (or even better).
I am very pleased, your houses are very beautiful. Thank you very much!

April-June was under construction, a house of 120 m2, its own project. Everything is on time, at prices everything is as agreed on shore and even in some moments the materials were better and without additional payment (for example: according to the estimate, the lining for filing was grade B, but by mistake grade A was used, counted as a bonus, thank you!) There were minor work issues and misunderstandings, but everything was solved adequately and, most importantly, quickly. The pro team. The impression of cooperation remained very positive.
