It's a lovely hotel. Very new and clean. The rooms are stylish, small, but comfortable. I had a Deluxe room with 1 bed and it had a beautiful view of the city. All rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are only about 10 of them. The hotel has a modest European breakfast, but very, very tasty, perhaps the most delicious of all my trips, during my stay the dishes were never repeated. The coffee is prepared by the barista in the coffee machine. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every day. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories, you don't have to take anything with you. There is also free tea and coffee in the room, a kettle and a mini-bar (for a fee). The bed linen is clean and new. Separately, I would like to note the presence of a large number of light sources and light modes, which is important to me. After my stay, the hotel gave me a promo code for my next stay at their hotel, and I think I'll use it and come back again!
In winter, the windows in the room are blowing through and it was very cold on the first day, but the staff resolved the issue. There is no toilet brush in the toilet, I hope the owner will solve this problem soon. The set of towels is worth updating, some of them are torn.

I really liked the hotel, it is located in the very center, everything is within walking distance! The room is small, but everything is there, very clean, cleaning every day! A wonderful breakfast is included! And special THANKS to the staff! Everyone is very responsive and sincere! Next time I'll stay only here!

I really liked it! The hotel is located in the center of old Yerevan. All the sights are within a 10-15 minute walk. Everything in the room is compact, unified and clean.

A stunning hotel in the very center of the city, close to many cafes and restaurants, shops, which feature the products of local craftsmen. The hotel is new, decorated in a modern style, the color scheme of the rooms is calm, pastel tones prevail. I read in the reviews that the rooms are small, it smells like sewage, etc. - I do not agree with such statements. Yes, the rooms are small, but there is enough space to feel comfortable. The plumbing is working properly, there is a hair dryer. I especially want to mention comfortable and high-quality mattresses, which is rare even in high-class European hotels, the pillows are soft, it's a pleasure to sleep on such. The rooms are carefully cleaned, towels are changed every day, the hotel provides slippers, cosmetics (gel, shampoo, comb, toothbrush, paste, shower cap, etc.) for free. Breakfast is included in the room rate, during which you can enjoy delicious coffee made in jezve and fresh pastries. The staff is polite, there is always a smile on their faces, it feels like guests are welcome here. This is my first time in Armenia, but I already know for sure that I will definitely return here and it is to this hotel where you can feel the hospitality that is so much talked about!

A clean, tidy hotel. But unfortunately we were unlucky with the room, it smelled very strongly of sewage in the bathroom. The windows faced right onto the street corner, it was a bit noisy at night.
