In those days, when I was young and handsome, and there were crowns in circulation in Estonia for the last few years, I often came to Narva for work. He lived in Ust-Narva and often walked along the coast. Every time I went for a walk, I went to the Barracuda cafe. What a pleasant place it was! A cozy small hall, delicious dishes, and in winter also the crackling of the fireplace, the smell of firewood and a snowball outside the window! It was a wonderful place with excellent cuisine.

Delicious and relatively cheap. Loud pop music spoils the impression a little, but you can ask to turn down the sound.
