Three weeks later (according to the seller), i.e. 11.12 - the bed was supposed to be delivered to us! 11.12. Did the store clerk inform us that "the company refused us"? What do you mean, refused? And you found out about it three weeks later? On the day of delivery? They didn't give us the money on the same day! You see, they don't have that amount, but it's 100% your fault for not fulfilling my order! They were returned three days later! On the same day (11.12), I ordered exactly the same bed, the material is also 1/1, in Minsk, and what was my surprise when I was informed that the bed would cost me 385p with delivery!... 200 rubles cheaper ... not by 20, but by 200! And they will bring it to me not from Bobruisk in three weeks, but from Minsk in 2 days! And I make the payment only after delivery! How do you feel about the client?! 100 times better than this store!.... BUT... the story doesn't end there! 07.12. In the same store, we ordered a bed and a mattress in installments, with a 30% prepayment (770r) and we were informed that the bed would be delivered on 25.12-26.12.... BUT on 11.12. on the day when our previous order was refused, we clarified the question "Will our bed arrive? Or will it be the same as with the nursery?" we were assured that she would come 100%. The bed was not delivered on the 25th or the 26th! There is no call from the store! Deliveries in this store are carried out on Wednesdays!!! Now, attention!!! Next Wednesday is January 1st (4 weeks) ... naturally there will be no delivery... and the next is January 8th. I have a question for the store and the manufacturer: are you sure I need this bed with a mattress? And to be honest, I don't want to kill myself by looking for this bed model in other stores ... something tells me that the price for it would definitely not be 1777p and the mattress is not 789! To summarize, I can only say: If the product is in stock, take it! The quality of the furniture there is really good! But if you decide to order something, I don't recommend it! For the first time in my life, I came across such an attitude towards a client!
