They use the position of the only official service station. They will never call back themselves, they do not respond to messages, i.e. the spare part has come up or not, the work has been done or not - you have to call and find out everything yourself. The quality of the work leaves much to be desired. Another disadvantage is that they do not work on weekends and an inconvenient schedule that coincides with the work schedule of most people.
