We rested from July 13 to July 20, 2024.
A wonderful hotel for families with children. There are pools from 30cm to only 5 pieces. There are slides on site, a playground and a kids club. There is also a children's disco every evening. The 2.5 child liked to repeat after the animator. They also provided a potty, a baby bed, and a baby monitor. There are also comfortable strollers, but we didn't need one. We liked the clean and large rooms, varied and delicious food, access from the terrace to the garden with tangerine trees, pancakes, ice cream and unlimited drinks. The sea is two steps away, the beach is sandy, the bottom is flat, pebbles, stones, there are no surprises, there is a playground and a bar on the beach. Lovely, friendly staff, friendly vacationers with other children. The vacation was a success. We believed the reviews, chose this hotel and did not lose. We went from the tour operator anex. Everything is clear, we were met, picked up, and had a short tour of the local features on the way. They offered excursions, but we had enough impressions at the hotel. But we compared the prices of Leon park on the website and the operator has a difference of about 2k, but for these 2k you will again be met, taken and everything will be organized. They probably would have given no less for a taxi. With a small child, other excursions did not suit us at all.

This is a great hotel! Despite the 4-star status, the hotel is a full five. Excellent table, excellent recreation organization. Compact and thoughtful location . Private beach, which is 200 meters away. There are always empty seats, in the restaurant, at the pool, on the beach. The food is simply beyond praise. There wasn't a single dish that I didn't like. Local sweets, just a bomb. There are also a lot of fruits for every taste. There is water aerobics at the pool every day, water polo twice a day. Adequate observers of the pool, who do not bother the guests with constant whistles. A good animation team. Every evening there is a new show at the club.

The food is very good, you will not stay hungry! There is a small refinement, but no more. The animation is standard, adults and children are entertained, but not the youngest, of course. But this is not relevant to me, I usually chill in the room looking at the whole "masquerade" from the balcony. The territory is small, but logical and cozy, among the disadvantages is the smoking area, through which you will have to walk out of the building every day and sometimes sniff smoke. Hammam, gym, swimming pool in the gym are free of charge, but there are also paid services such as peeling and massage. The rooms are cleaned regularly, not always at the same time, sometimes they may forget something when cleaning, but this is fixable, you can always remind or negotiate. There are no problems with the staff, someone may have had curiosities, there are and will be. The rooms were slightly refreshed, it was 2 years ago. It definitely didn't get any worse.
The beach here has its own cafe, but again, in a simple way, the neighboring five have more buns, but the price of rest is correspondingly. higher.
By autumn, the beach was crowded with tourists, periodically in the dry sand- here and there garbage is visible, not just everywhere but fragmentally, the expectation was that it would still be cleaner. Also, sometimes annoying flies appear, sit down on you blindly and wait for you to drive away with your hand. If you are with children, then take a first-aid kit for all sorts of intero / rotoviruses, otherwise a "furry beast".

A wonderful all-inclusive hotel. Comfortable two-room suites. We rested with an adult daughter, taught maximum comfort and unforgettable impressions. The food is varied, lots of fruits, vegetables, salads. There are special diet meals for adults, a special table for children. Evening animation program for children and then for adults. This is a great hotel! Family. The territory is small (compared to huge hotels), but very cozy. Oranges, tangerines, lemons, grapefruits - all on the trees. The kitchen is good, fish every day. We had a family vacation from 31/10/2024 to 07/11/2024.
We really liked the hotel with its infrastructure, the staff is very polite and responsive, the response to requests and wishes was instant, without any questions. The food is excellent, salads, hot dishes and desserts are varied, I think everyone will find a lot of delicious things for themselves. Also, you can always have a snack on the beach before 1600. The bar is open until one in the morning.
Every evening there was animation for children and adults, we liked it.
I especially want to note the cleanliness, both in hotels and on the beach.
The sea is about five minutes away at a leisurely pace, the beach and the sea are just super.
What I want to note is that after leaving the room, which is up to 1200, you will stay at the hotel and use all the services of the hotel absolutely, i.e. the pool, sauna and restaurant are at your disposal. We were picked up in 2000, i.e. we stayed a full day and continued to enjoy our vacation.
For lovers of Turkish rags, there are many shops near the hotel, sellers bargain well. Yes, dollars are not in high esteem, there are a lot of tourists from Europe and, accordingly, the euro prevails, so take Eureka.
To sum up, I can say that we were 100% satisfied with the rest.

I will give a 5 to this family hotel, which was chosen because all rooms are two-room. The hotel itself is compact, but there is a promenade along the sea, along which we walked in the evenings. The beach is sand. The sea is shallow. There are a lot of people. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. The hotel has unobtrusive animation. The child went to a mini club a couple of times. Every day there is a mini-disco, after which various artists perform (different every day). All this takes place in the same room with the restaurant, on the way to the reception. Children and their parents are not too hot to watch the performances.

A comfortable family-run apartment hotel.
The territory has everything you need to relax with children. There is a not bad market, spa, fitness, there are children's activities / playgrounds / club, water slides.
Not on the first line, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk along a quiet road to the sea, but it does not bother, rather it is beneficial.
The beach for children is the same as in Anapa, the beach is 100 meters and the bathing area is "chest-high" 50-60 meters. Adults are also quite comfortable. The water warms up quickly, probably this is the place with the warmest water on the coast.
There are always sun beds and umbrellas. The restaurant is passable, you can have a snack at lunch, but it's better at the hotel.

Positive:
- it's cool that there are two rooms in the room. While the child is sleeping, you can quietly do your own business in another room
- we have not tried to cook, but in general it is possible
- the minibar is updated in the refrigerator with each cleaning (water, cola, Fanta, mineral water). I'm not sure, but it seems that they are included in the price in any tariff (you do not need to pay extra)
- there is an exit to the patio (or balcony)
Cons:
- most likely, this is the norm for such hotels, but I did not like that the floors in the room are tiled. In autumn, you have to wear slippers all the time
Meal
The food is mostly delicious and varied: sliced, fruits, vegetables (fresh and grilled), fish almost every day (fried, baked, smoked), something meat.
There are a lot of sweets too.
Everything is also normal in the children's menu. Even for a picky three-year-old, there was always something interesting.
You can have lunch not only on site, but also on the beach. There is not much choice there, but you can eat there more or less tasty and dense.
Territory
The hotel itself is small, so the territory is small, which seems to me a plus.
At the same time, there is more or less everything on the territory: baby and adult pools, a hammam and sauna, a gym, a small shop with all sorts of beach accessories and products (like, prices are more or less normal. It is hardly much cheaper to find in the district), a playground.
Of the disadvantages, I can only note that there are no hookahs on the territory of the hotel (the audience is probably not the same). On the last day, we discovered that there is a hookah bar just around the corner. But there is no on-site (
Activities
Activities take place every evening after dinner.
At 20 o'clock, something like a disco for children. For all 9 days, the activity was the same: the same songs, the same movements. But it's even better for children, it's probably easier to remember.
At 21 o'clock, some kind of show: dancing, jugglers. I was pleasantly surprised that once a week there is a show of Brazilian culture with capoeira and other related elements (samba, forro, etc.). But without master classes.

It is 200 meters to the sea. The beach is super: lots of sun beds, sand, good access to the sea. There is a large embankment with a park, next to a river where large turtles and fish are fed. Large two-room rooms with an equipped kitchen where you can cook if you have a special diet. For small children under 3 years old, they are given a cot, a stroller, a radio nanny, a portable chair, a bathtub, a potty, a toilet seat, shampoo, a sponge, a bib, body lotion, a bottle warmer, napkins, milk, a high chair. We rested from September 15, 24, with a family of 2 adults + 1 child. (3 years), all incl. The hotel is a sturdy 4*. It is designed for holidays with children, so there are a lot of children there: from infants to teenagers. You will be constantly accompanied by children's screams, laughter, crying, bottles with a mixture, tantrums, diapers and other attributes. If you are not ready for this, then you do not need to come here. At the same time, no one looks askance if the child suddenly has a tantrum or has started something 🙂
The food is good, I'm tired of eating all the time. for adults there is a choice (stewed meat, grilled, fried fish / steamed, vegetables), for kids a children's table (1 type of porridge in the morning, cereals, omelette, 1 type of soup for lunch, mashed potatoes/pasta, cutlets/meat, French fries, fruits, pastries, desserts). Juices are adjustable from the vending machine, local alcohol, local sour wine (I couldn't drink), beer from the vending machine is normal, cocktails at the bar are disgusting, it's better to take whiskey / cola, gin and tonic (tolerable). COFFEE: only Turkish coffee is normal downstairs in the coffee shop and on the beach. The rooms are ideal for a family: a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with sliding doors. They're a little tired, but everything worked. They gave a pot to the child, a footrest, only lump soap in the bathroom (without a soap dish), dispensers with shampoo and shower gel, towels were changed every day. High-quality cleaning and a change of post. there was laundry only 1 time in 10 days, after the tip. Beach: 5 minutes from the hotel, there were always enough sunbeds, they are also tired, like umbrellas, but you can use them. There were cigarette butts, traffic jams and other debris on the beach, the sea is clean and warm, if it is not stormy, shallow at sunset. Sometimes huge stray dogs came running, but they were chased off the beach. Playgrounds on the beach under canopies. Hedgehogs, turtles and, of course, a bunch of cats. Animation: light, not intrusive, the animator girl Nelly works with children. Well done, because to gather and attract the attention of children of different ages who speak different languages is a real skill. The children love her and are reaching out, waiting for her. A new boy has appeared, he's not doing it yet.
Pools: everything would be fine, BUT there is rotavirus. Someone got knocked down, someone got carried away. We only went to the sea, although the child, of course, wanted to go to the pool. Here at your own risk. Shops: there are no normal supermarkets nearby, the nearest migros is 15 minutes away and it is small, a lot of shops with souvenirs, Chinese "brands", expensive, everything is in euros. All the local Turks speak German perfectly, because the tourists are mostly Germans. English is also in use, fortunately. few people speak Russian. We went to nova mall ourselves (for the sake of children's H&M and Waikiki, English home, madame coco) round-trip taxi 35 euros (😳), but there is a dolmushka somewhere, I saw it for sure. The staff at the hotel is all super, helpful, polite. About the guide from THAT: it's fun, but without strain, we didn't go anywhere, we decided to postpone the excursions with the three-year-old for now.

But there are also disadvantages:
1. We arrived with the Pegasus tour operator on 31.10.24. At the hotel, we were given a room on the ground floor, with a view of the fence, behind the fence there is a road (cars/pedestrians). I really don't like the first floors, that's my pain. I went to the reception and asked for a change. The old song is about the main thing, there are no places. Come tomorrow, we will move. We were tired, we didn't have the strength to swear. In the morning, the track of the day is the same story, there are no places, there is nowhere to move. Seriously? The end of the season, the hotel is not 100% full. They promise a big departure in two days, then we will definitely relocate, we promise we promise! Well ok. We don't take things apart, we live on suitcases, we wait. The room is like a crypt, it's hellish cold in the evenings and mornings, the floor is icy, since there is no sun at all in this side. Two days later, we are given a room on the second floor, but such that we lag behind and no longer go to change anything, the room is right next to the smoking area and the bar, where they smoke and drink until nightfall, we do not smoke and do not drink much, it is not an option at all. There was no more desire to approach the reception desk and believe in their promises. So we lived until the end of the vacation in a terribly cold and damp room with a view of the fence. And this is at the end of the season, when the hotel is full of places! "Thank you very much." For such indifference to the guests, a fat minus!
2. In the mornings in the district 8, with the sound of a fast train, maids drive carts back and forth along the corridor several times. The noise is just terrible, the first time I heard it, I was even scared. So it will be difficult for fans to sleep. Well, the audibility outside the door is very good.
3. The end of the season, we realized that November, the sea is cold. But the only hope was for heated pools. The website states that all pools are heated. But it's not like that. More or less, you can climb into the main large pool for a short time only by 16 o'clock in the afternoon, it will be warmed up by the sun, but at 16 the sun will no longer be by the pool and it will be windy, it is not comfortable to climb out. The pool with slides is in the shade, the water in it is icy, no one swims there at all. And even the indoor pool was upset by the temperature of the water. So I couldn't swim. It's a pity
4. They got sick with an intestinal infection, suffered for a couple of days, it was fine before departure. We ate only at the hotel and washed our hands, but apparently we got something.
Then you can say some advantages, except for the little things: the territory is small, there is nothing to do on it, in places there are sheets in a hole and towels with dangling threads, the cleaner will change the bed, sweep the floor, but will not notice the lack of soap, we did not have bathrobes in the room, although they should be. The room has slippers, shampoo, shower gel, soap, that's all.
Positive:
1. food, I don't know how it will be in the season, but now everyone had enough, there were no queues. There is a lot of food, different fish and meat and chicken, salads, vegetables, snacks, fruits, desserts, everything is there and enough, and most importantly everything is delicious. The wine and beer are normal, the cocktails at the bar are very much for an amateur, sickly sweet and chemical. We had an alley, I don't know who will buy such cocktails for 500 lire, but in the bar they cost so much for those who are not on the alley! Jupi with vodka doesn't even pull 50 lire, guys! Or you need to make normal cocktails for that kind of money!
2.Rooms with a kitchen are very convenient
3.You can't take food out of the dining room, but no one has ever forbidden it. The child was sick, they brought soup, fruits and sweets to the room, no one made a remark. It pleased me very much.
4.Everything in the room is conveniently thought out, there are many shelves, hooks, two TVs, reading lamps by the bed, a lot of hangers in the closet.
5. the minibar in the refrigerator will be replenished, but there are only 2 cokes, 2 forfeits, 2 mineral water and drinking water.

We were in the middle of May 2024. Overall, I liked the hotel. The rooms are large, with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The sea is still cool in May, but some swam. The entrance to the sea is smooth, it's the best thing with children, you walk along the shoal for a very long time. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea along the road or river on the other side of the hotel. The territory of the hotel itself is not large, well-groomed, the pools were cool in May, the child swam a couple of times all the time and then warmed up for a long time, but again some did not get out of it. There was not much animation compared to other hotels, during the day there was only charging at the adult pool, in the evening there was a children's disco and an evening performance for adults. There is a kids club with a non-Russian speaking animator girl and a playground on site. Most of the staff do not speak Russian, but everyone is friendly.

Placement.
We arrived at 9 a.m., we were given bracelets and offered breakfast, after breakfast we were immediately checked into the room. D103, second floor, end room, balcony to the neighboring building, and a window to the pools. It was noisy only on weekends from the disco of the neighboring hotel, but at 23-00 everything ended.
The room is old. The lock to the bathtub did not work, the sofa was sagging (legs above the head), the air conditioners were noisy, but they cooled perfectly. Cleaning every day, sometimes they forgot to refill the soda. A late check-out at 18:00 cost about 100 euros.
Food.
Fruits: watermelon is almost always juicy, melon is not ripe, peaches are wooden, grapes are delicious, there are no complaints about bananas, and apples have not been tried. There was always chicken in different types, one type of fish and some other meat and meat stew/kebab; a diet table with boiled chicken and vegetables, a children's table. Steaks (as a sole), ribs, duck, turkey, rolls were made several times for dinner. The menu is repeated every week.
There was always one kind of fish. Rice, pasta, potatoes, vegetables are both hot and fresh, and since I am a fan of chicken and vegetables, I have always been full. There are a lot of sweets for every taste. At the beach bar from 12-00 fast food and fruits.
Beach.
Sandy, clean, the sun beds are empty. The sea is warm and shallow, it is far enough to the buoys, there is a place to swim. A 6-minute walk from the hotel exit to the beach bar. A small river with turtles flows through the stone embankment, which vacationers feed in the morning.
Swimming pool.
All foreigners (and most of them are vacationers) hang out by the pool. We passed by at 9 am, at lunch and after 17, there are a lot of empty beds. In the morning from 8 they begin to occupy slowly. The water is just hot, in my opinion.

Great hotel! We had an all-inclusive vacation. But, despite this, there was everything in the room that you could have a snack yourself: a kettle, a stove, a microwave, dishes, a refrigerator. The room was two-room, with one double bed and a huge sofa. Cleaning every day. There are 2 sets of towels for each - for the shower and for the beach. There are 5 swimming pools on the territory, one heated, 2 pools for children. They fed as much as you want, according to the type of "Buffet", a lot of vegetables, fruits, berries. Food for every taste! We really liked it. I recommend it! If you haven't decided on a vacation yet and don't know where to go, come here to this hotel, you won't regret it!

Great hotel. Cozy, European style. We opted for it, since it was possible to take a room with NV power. Different power options are possible. The territory is small, but everything is thought out. Many people choose this hotel for holidays with children, but tourists without children can safely choose it. Children do not interfere at all. The animation in the evening is modest, but we didn't need it. After 23 hours, the hotel is quiet.Although the second line, but the sea is only 300 m. In short, this is the best option for a budget holiday in Turkey, especially for those who appreciate cleanliness, delicious food and who value comfortable two-room rooms thought out to the smallest detail. More details below. So, I must say right away that you do not need to expect any nice things, such as sparkling wine in all-in or posh territory)). But the hotel absolutely corresponds to its category - it is a high-quality four of the European level. In order: 1) The rooms are perfect (2 rooms, kitchen, lots of storage space), clean, the bed linen is excellent, the mattresses are super comfortable, the pillows too. 2) The cleaning is good, every day at the right time for us (but maybe because we leave the maid for tea every day). 3) There is no territory for walking. There are pools, a couple of slides. 4) The food is delicious and of high quality (never had a stomach ache)). For example, last year we were at Sensatori Barut Sorgun - it was edible, but not tasty, although the hotel category is much higher. And here it's just delicious for lunch and dinner, respect for the cook, high-quality products. But the breakfasts are so-so. Coffee is good only on the beach and in the coffee shop - also all-in. Alcohol is terrible. Ala wine is Krasnodar Territory, and cocktails are impossible to drink. The paid ones are also so-so. 5) The beach and the sea. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The road is not picturesque, it does not give pleasure, but it does not bother either. The beach is small, uncomfortable, with umbrellas, little shade, and for some reason far from the sea - at least 20 meters. The sea is clean when it's not stormy. There are a lot of people at sea, it's unpleasant. Plus, boats with parachutes also do not add relaxation. But this is a given, because the beach is in the city. 6) We are happy with the rest, for such a budget - super. But we won't go any more. It is because of the sea and the beach. A great family hotel, we were in September 2023, there were no problems with sun loungers on the beach. The hotel is not big, the rooms are clean, the food is varied, delicious. Yes, it's 4 * not on the first line, but for those who have no problem to pass 300-400 it's great, and if you go to the beach in the morning about 10 along the river, then you can watch leatherback turtles at the bridge, additional entertainment for children! Also thanks to the animators Irina and Victoria, the kids really liked the miniclub and minidisko!

A great place for a family vacation: There are three pools on site: two for kids and one large with varying depths, a spa, including a hammam and a sauna. There is a children's playground near the children's pools. Yes, I also forgot the mini aqua park: two slides, but although it is a mini, everyone had enough impressions. By the way, there is a large water park near our hotel for a fee. The ticket price included a visit to the restaurant on site, when I booked, I informed that it was my birthday. There was a cake, congratulations from the hotel, they sang a song. On this day, there was also a large plate with a variety of fruits from the hotel in the refrigerator. Nice. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food, entertainment programs in the evening up to 21 hours for children, then for adults. It was a lot of fun for vacationers of any age. In the afternoon, Aqua Aerobics, a girl who conducts all entertainment programs and aerobics, communicates with us in at least three or four languages, is an excellent "Lighter", it is fun and sincere for absolutely everyone.

Good day to all! We have been vacationing with my wife in Turkey since 2000, more than 20 times, and for the first time in a 4-star hotel, before that only 5 stars. From the 4th to the 18th of May. The rest exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we were quickly accommodated in a room of 2 rooms, a large loggia, a built-in kitchen with a stove, a microwave, a full-fledged refrigerator and a sink and everything necessary for cooking a small 2-year-old child. The restaurant had everything for children, but our grandson needs special food. All our wishes are promptly fulfilled (we are still resting). Everywhere is clean regularly and thoroughly cleaned. Sorry, there's nothing to complain about. We would like to mention Anastasia and Natalia from the reception, who promptly responded to all our requests, the restaurant staff, animators, the bartender, the entire staff of Barut B. We are very pleased that we came here.

It's hard to appreciate staying at this hotel. I haven't been to Turkey since the mid-90s. Then it seemed super. Of course the sea is beautiful, the sandy beach is very cool. We were lucky with the weather. So I got what I wanted. As for the hotel, I can say that we have 4-star hotels, in my opinion even better. The cleaning is purely nominal, they will take out the garbage and change the towels and that's it. If you leave a tip, then they will do a wet cleaning. Only shampoo and shower gel, soap. And then you have to ask for what you put in. The bed linen was changed only twice in two weeks.

We had a rest in mid-October. For a foursome is a very good option, but what can I say the barut network is Turkish and supports the level. Ice cream: in the morning by the pool, on the beach, and in the restaurant from lunch - as much as you want. Cocktails for children and colorful ice.
Coffee: normal only in a coffee shop, hold on, coffee lovers.
Room: was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the pool with slides and the road. It's quiet after 23-24. The mosque is not far away, you can hear it, but not too much. Mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable, air conditioners buzz like an airplane during takeoff, slept with the window open and were bitten by mosquitoes and midges. The bathroom smells damp, you need to make friends with the doors in the shower. With the grid on the balcony, the same song. There is a kitchen corner in the room, there is everything for cooking, but we had everything included, we only drank tea and squeezed oranges a couple of times. The mini bar is a large refrigerator, replenished every day - cola, fanta, mineral water and 1.5 liters of water. We liked the cleaning, a friendly woman, cleaned with us a couple of times, but tried very quickly so as not to disturb. Of course, it was more thorough without us. She always washed the floor, because we brought sand. I changed towels every day.
Animation: norm, a team of 5 people, polo, aqua aerobics, a kids' club, Nelly and Vika - fire, pulled as best they could, although the season was already nearing the end. There was a foam party, my eyes didn't sting, they were cleaned quickly. Full of fun pants.
Bar: well, what..none (m.jovovich) swill for the weak in spirit. But you can buy a cocktail for 500 lire.. we haven't tried it.
Beach: not 5 minutes to walk and not 400 meters, of course. About 10 minutes, depends on the step, the douches were all very weak, but there is a secret tap for the legs. The road along another hotel. If you go to the sea from the other side (on the right) along the river, there are turtles and fish swimming there, grab them treats.
Staff: generally friendly, Russian-speaking, at least two people at the reception, arrived around 10, had breakfast, settled in at 12, when they left, extended the room (3 hours-1000 rubles).
In relatively walking distance there are all supermarkets: bim, migros, a101 and karefor. Shopping, pharmacies, but the resort was like German, prices in euros, uninteresting for the average Russian
