Great arena, convenient parking, everything is very clean. Inside, everything is done with taste and scope. For me, a hockey fan who has been to many arenas in Russia and Europe, the main ice rink in Kazakhstan seemed very worthy. Corresponds to the metropolitan level. The architects, builders, and staff are great fellows. I recommend that all guests of Astana go to hockey here

A gorgeous arena! Lots of seats, clean, the acoustics are amazing! The children of 2012 were playing, they were traveling here from Magnitogorsk. We were warmly welcomed, the staff was polite. The interior design is very beautiful! The only thing I didn't really like was the size of the seats themselves, they seem to be lower and smaller than usual (my legs are numb) and there are already aisles between the rows, it's just scary to pass by sitting people - there is a risk of flying down.
In general, I really liked it, we are waiting for the guys from Barys to visit us!

I came to watch the CS2 tournament. Nice and spacious arena. The visibility was even better than I imagined. The sound and acoustics in the arena itself are also excellent. Some stairs lack signage with the floor number, and some toilets had taps and hand dryers that were not working. But there are enough restrooms on each floor, so it's not that critical.

Thank you for hosting the PGL tournament. It was cool, everything was top notch! The arena and beyond are clean and easy to navigate. I was a little confused by the quality of some of the dishes in the buffets, but there are many alternatives.

The staff is very unpleasant and raises the tone of the guests instead of explanations. We flew from another country to the match of our favorite team, and we arrived as usual at any arenas we visited an hour and a half before the match. The doors are closed, OK, they were opened an hour later. The e-mail was forced to be thrown out, although if it had been in a backpack, no one would have noticed it since there was no bag inspection. all the staff behaved quite negatively with the fans of the opposing team, there were no answers to questions except clicking and rolling their eyes.

We went to a retro festival. The building is modern and warm. The staff is polite. It's very atmospheric. Of the disadvantages, the stands are very steep. At times it seemed that you would fall and roll all the way to the ice.

The best seats among the arenas I've been to, great view. A great fan shop, professional stewards and entertainment at halftime.
Minuses:
- despite the fact that the arena is modern, there are no escalators; you can't take everyone out by elevators.
- The strange, "frivolous" coloring of the foyer, which stands out from the general color noise and style of the team, is especially noticeable after leaving the bowl. It is worth changing beige to bright white, with black ceilings, the rest of the colors are also darker shades.

I visited during PGL Astana.
In general, it is quite good, except for some points:
1. Drinks are permanently taken away at the entrance. This can still be accepted, considering that drinks are sold inside.
2. Cigarettes and lighters are taken away at the entrance. Just as irrevocably. That's not clear anymore. Of course, you can't smoke inside, but you can't take away drinks from the
arena itself, you can only drink in the corridors and lobby. Very, very strange.

Excellent sports complex, we go to the N4 sports school, we like everything clean!There are panoramic windows to the pool, you can watch how the training goes!
Of the cons: there are a lot of people waiting and there are few sofas, there is no place to sit in a couple, and the training takes at least 2 hours!There are chairs downstairs, but it's cool there, I hope it's time to turn on the heater and the temperature throughout the territory will be the same!

I was on Scriptonite on June 9th. My dream has come true. The scriptonite is cracking! Everything went great. I dressed lightly, so it was still an Ice rink, although it was a concept, it was powerful and we were constantly moving. But, I'm still frozen, if you're a frozen person like me, dress warmer)!

It's a pity that the attendance of matches is weak, what I saw was no more than 50 percent. It's a great stadium! Noisy, fun, exciting, hockey. Arrive an hour before the match, otherwise you will get into traffic and will not get a parking space. Park closer to the exit - there is a traffic jam in the parking lot after the match!
