A gorgeous arena! Lots of seats, clean, the acoustics are amazing! The children of 2012 were playing, they were traveling here from Magnitogorsk. We were warmly welcomed, the staff was polite. The interior design is very beautiful! The only thing I didn't really like was the size of the seats themselves, they seem to be lower and smaller than usual (my legs are numb) and there are already aisles between the rows, it's just scary to pass by sitting people - there is a risk of flying down.
In general, I really liked it, we are waiting for the guys from Barys to visit us!

The best seats among the arenas I've been to, great view. A great fan shop, professional stewards and entertainment at halftime.
Minuses:
- despite the fact that the arena is modern, there are no escalators; you can't take everyone out by elevators.
- The strange, "frivolous" coloring of the foyer, which stands out from the general color noise and style of the team, is especially noticeable after leaving the bowl. It is worth changing beige to bright white, with black ceilings, the rest of the colors are also darker shades.

We visited a hockey match for the first time, although Barys did not win, but the atmosphere turned out to be charged, cohesive, we liked the arena very much - it was convenient, modern, safe, there was a cafe for a snack, there is even a large children's playground, a great place!

I was on Scriptonite on June 9th. My dream has come true. The scriptonite is cracking! Everything went great. I dressed lightly, so it was still an Ice rink, although it was a concept, it was powerful and we were constantly moving. But, I'm still frozen, if you're a frozen person like me, dress warmer)!

Отличный мпортивный комплекс ходим спортивную школу N4, нам нравиться все чисто!Есть понарамные окна в бассейн можно смотреть как проходят тренировка!
Из минусов :ожидающих много а диванчиков мало,парой бывает не куда сесть,а тренировка проходит минимум 2часа!Есть стулья внизу,но там прохладно,надеюсь это времнно отопленте включать и температура по всей тереторий будет одинаковой!
Тех.персоналу отдельное спасибо!У них везде чисто,особенно уборной!Надеюсь всегда будет так и вопрос с сидушками тоже решиться!

It's a pity that the attendance of matches is weak, what I saw was no more than 50 percent. I can only appreciate the pool. Keep in mind, when visiting, even if you have a subscription, you need to book a place through the pool website (Google). Places are limited. The reservation is available 72 hours before the visit.
The hockey stadium is not bad, it has been to several matches, so far the best in the city. Or maybe in Kazakhstan.

The architecture of the building is on top! Been there more than once! There are elevators, which is very convenient for people with disabilities! There is a place to eat and powder your nose, in general, everything is for people! The ice court itself is fascinating, huge capacity for spectators, everything is provided! Был только со стороный бассейна, вожу анука на плавание. Хорошие тренеры, судя по успехам внука. Есть место для ожидания, небрльшрй буфет. Гардероб достаточный для детей. Неудобно, что вай фай....не свободный. Сосем плохо то, что Билайн там неработает....и из за этого не работает и мобильный инет ( связанный с Билайн). Я и ранее писал о Барыс арене. Парковки с обеих сторон, мест свободных много.
