The bus station, renovated after restoration, pleases with its appearance.a comfortable waiting room.An electronic board inside the hall informs about the directions of buses and minibuses.convenient location of the ticket offices on both sides.updated departure platforms equipped with electronic scoreboards and benches to make waiting more comfortable.there are many shops nearby (2 large ones-E-CITY and VESTA DEPARTMENT STORE).public transport stops.convenient parking at the bus station.
You can come and go, the transport is stable and without problems. The waiting room is comfortable, there is a timetable board. As for places to eat/toilet, prices bite both ways...
On my last visit and departure from Borisov, I saw an interesting picture in a minibus. The drivers had cash registers installed in the car, so our driver was fiddling with the cash register all the way to Minsk, it wouldn't fit, he was constantly twisting it, and in the end he dropped the tape...... Attention... Drum roll, He dived headfirst under the steering wheel, not looking at the road, holding the steering wheel with one hand, apparently not feeling the pedals under His feet, But He got It. To be honest, it was kind of creepy riding in an out-of-control bus. Take care of your life and the lives of your passengers.
The building is large, but not more than half is used directly for the station.
But all the necessary attributes are there. Waiting area, three ticket offices. The exits to Peron are quite large. The only information boards are small in size. But it's fine in principle.
Clean, bright, warm. We can have coffee.
It is convenient that a department store, a grocery store, a mini market, several hypermarkets are within walking distance
A modern bus station. It is spacious and cozy. Efficiently and quickly. Everything is intuitive. Conveniently located, easy to reach. Borisov may not be the biggest city, but it is clean, modern and cozy! There are several shopping malls near the bus station. I think it is extremely conveniently and advantageously located, sorry for the repetition, but thanks to those who designed the city. Everything is thought out.
Passing through Borisov. Very beautiful bus station, everything is clean, tidy, well maintained. Convenient parking. A comfortable waiting room. Friendly service. I have a pleasant impression😀👍
There is no timetable for minibuses. The 21st century is outside the window, maybe it's time to think about people, and not measure who is more important. The same disgruntled women at the checkout. Life has stopped today, as if through a time machine it has been frozen 20 years ago.
In general, the bus station is not bad. There are enough places to wait, there is a toilet, luggage storage, you can have a snack at the train station, but:
- There are often huge queues at a couple of ticket offices during rush hour. You just have to run out of the queue right into the bus and buy a ticket from the driver.
- Gypsies. As soon as you step onto the platforms, you are already surrounded and asked for money.
- Waiting for the bus. The bus was supposed to leave about 10 minutes ago, but it hasn't even arrived at the platform yet and it's not clear if this bus will even be there or not. So once the wait was 40 minutes and at the same time there was no message on our bus. We ran around and found out for ourselves.
The last minibus heading from Minsk to Borisov has NOT arrived! They constantly break down and often do not stop to pick up passengers on the way, even half-empty ones!
The new building is very comfortable, cozy, beautiful), in a word. There is a place to eat, drink coffee / tea, a clean toilet (hooray, finally), but I would also like to upgrade the staff: rudeness both "in person" and on the phone. The question about the ticket price is answered briefly: come and find out!
It is very convenient to have a large number of minibuses to Minsk. Pleasant atmosphere, good location in relation to transport that can be reached, the service is also good, the staff is pleasant.
The most disgusting train station in Belarus, tickets must be bought from the driver on a first-come, first-served basis. The queues are huge! And sometimes it 's just impossible to leave! The territory itself is very dirty! The workers are very slow and not correct! In other words, it's a NIGHTMARE!!!
No matter how many times I've been to the bus station, it's always clean and tidy. Nearby there is a Parking lot and a huge Euroopt. The only drawback is that one ticket office is open in the evening-a queue is gathering, (maybe I was so lucky)). But respect the cashiers-they work very fast.
No one knows anything 😃
The schedule is for yourself, the buses are for yourself.
And the fact that the latter walk the way drivers want ( meaning stopping points ) It feels like they are working in two directions: to Loshnitsa and to Minsk
Emotions are only positive! It used to be a gray, dreary building... But after the renovation, to this day this place pleases the residents of the city with its bright colors and stylish design! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well-maintained room and incredibly pleasant aroma of coffee
Good repair, courteous staff, even when there were no problems with paying by card.
I took one point off for the fact that there have been Borisov - Minsk flights lately, which can only be paid in cash from the driver. And cash can be hard to find in your pocket nowadays.
Good afternoon! Sometimes you have to use the services of the Borisovsky bus station. Unfortunately, the service is very, very bad.Starting with the service when buying tickets at the ticket office. Then the ticket office does not work, and the cashier sends all passengers to the driver to buy a ticket (imagine the scale of the collaboration), then the cashier is only one for 4 windows. Then they change the minibus without your consent, the ticket for which you purchased and had to leave for work at a later date due to the fact that the previous minibus broke down and the passengers were put on yours! I will refrain from talking about intercity routes, otherwise the review will not be censored. What is the reason for the above is a mystery to me. And it's useless to call and complain, that's probably the problem(((
So let's get started
The advantages should be noted:
The courtesy of the cashiers is a huge thank you to Them. Clearly, clearly, accessible.
There is a card payment
The (electronic) departure board is working
Availability of a coffee machine
There is a mini cafe with hot dogs/sandwiches, coffee for every taste, tea, drinks
There are hairdressers, a pawnshop, a secondhand store with all sorts of little things, a small grocery store inside, there is also a store with monuments. There is also an item of some kind of cosmetics (online, I don't remember the name).
There is a stall where you can use usb type-c cables and so on..
The toilet is a paid entrance from the end
Cons:
it is not easy to deal with the usual scoreboard
, the bus station closes at 21.00, and minibuses to Minsk depart later, respectively, you should expect
a toilet on the street inside on the ground floor, it's terrible!!!!!!
I'm not sure about the availability of storage
rooms, well, the main bonus is the homeless living inside, with the appropriate smells.
I rarely use it, mostly the car. But recently I had to take a minibus to Borovlyany. In short, if you don't register through the dispatcher, then you won't leave. There was a place in the minibus, but the man stayed at the station because his last name was not on the driver's phone. You'll arrive earlier, there are tickets at the ticket office. Where are we going?
The convenient location has a public transport stop. Polite staff. All buses are on schedule. The service is normal, they will tell you everything. The waiting time is minimal
A good bus station for a city of regional scale. There are enough cash desks even during rush hours. They will always tell you if for the first time there is where to go and what to do.

It is very presentable, clean, the administration and staff of the station are polite, the territory is clean, there are shops nearby, there is a place to drink coffee. If necessary, parking with a taxi
The only bus station in Borisov that lacks a normal toilet for visitors.
The cashiers work quickly, the information about flights is understandable even to a child on the scoreboard, you can even buy a snack.
Almost perfect.
It is surprising that it is closed in the evening. No one comes and goes?

I remember this station since childhood, after repair and restoration, of course, it was transformed ! the ticket offices, the hall, everything is in a modern way. The service is excellent.
Cons: bathroom entrance from the street from the waiting room there is no entrance, the price is expensive.
The booking office implies departure time, waiting time , arrival time, and so on. There is no clock on the facade of the gym!!! This is a very big disadvantage. Above the central entrance is an ideal place, but the designer was probably from Narnia))This is a big minus!!! As a result, 4 stars from me.
After the reconstruction, the station became very beautiful. I like that cashiers work quickly and culturally. Convenient scoreboards (several in the hall).
The platforms are protected from snow, rain, and sun. All routes are announced several times.
I would like to draw attention to the catering point. The prices here are slightly high and the quality of the dishes offered is not always 10 - rather, 4-5 (in particular, burgers or something like that with hard rolls). But for those who advocate healthy lifestyle, this is not particularly interesting)
There is a tiny shop at the end. Delicious chebureks. And it's better to buy coffee in the pavilion where they sell newspapers.
In the morning, when the rush itself and everyone goes to work, tickets are sold only at one ticket office! The rest drink coffee quietly and only if someone from the queue shouts why one ticket office is working, then the second cashier reluctantly comes out and also sells tickets. She thinks it's not her turn right now. Often a bus or minibus leaves half empty because people did not have time to sell tickets, or because the next route will be a bus and they can leave people on it specifically.
There is inexpensive and delicious coffee here, there are not enough ticket machines, which is why spontaneous queues of a kilometer arise at the ticket offices...
A wonderful, convenient place to get away in all directions from Borisov. A cozy place. Minibuses and buses run strictly on schedule. The comfort is at the highest level. The ticket price is very reasonable.
The best bus station in Belarus is where they will feed you and cut your hair, and dress you, and pour coffee on the road, you can leave here even to the Moon)
Modern bus station.tickets are purchased in cash and by bank cards, there is a coffee machine, luggage storage. But the poor illumination of the reference stand..
