I didn't have time (transport rarely goes) and the desire to wait for it (I worked a hard night shift for 12 hours), which I reported. After that, they decided to clarify what issue I wanted to address. It turned out that I had to buy all the materials myself, so I'd better buy the materials and fix them myself.
