The rooms are good. There is a safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, capsule coffee machine with good coffee, bottled water daily, WI-FI worked well. The breakfasts are quite decent. The staff is not very welcoming and friendly. It is also necessary to keep in mind that Russian is not understood and is not spoken at all. The location of the hotel is normal, it takes about a kilometer to walk to the metro, 7-10 minutes.
It's funny that hares were twice seen walking quietly on the grass near the hotel. A small river flows under the windows of the hotel, ducks and ducklings always swam there, and a large bird resembling a heron periodically flew to the shore.

The rooms are good. Every day they clean, change towels, put bottles of clean water, shampoo / gel, toilet paper. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Very good breakfast!!! The WI-FI is good. It's a bit far from the center, but there is transport nearby. I recommend this hotel!
