Of course, you can go for a walk, go to the sea, but!!! There is nowhere to wash after that, but it is possible to change clothes, Or an additional payment of 1200 RUB per room and use it before departure. In general, you want unforgettable emotions, you know.....
We went on vacation with this agency in Sochi. On the bus as a whole, well, we got there and back normally, the air conditioner was turned on without questions, there was a stop on the way there, the drivers changed the spare part and drove on, there were questions with the gearbox on the way back, I thought we wouldn't get there, but everything worked out. The guys' drivers were restrained at first, stopped on demand (there were inadequate tourists), but then, when on the way home they asked to stop at passing stops (the website indicates that they can stop at passing stops so as not to go all the way to Minsk), the driver shouted allegedly not going to bow to us and stop at every stop, although I asked in advance, back in Sochi, they said it was not a problem. About the rest. The site says 500 meters to the sea, but in fact this is far from the case. Of course, you can see the sea from the window, but how to walk is clearly not 500 meters. We went with this agency to the village of Golubitskaya , the landing was in Gomel , upon arrival we learned that the declared bus broke down and another one came for us , already on the road it turned out that the air conditioner was not working there , we had to drive for 30 hours in the heat, we did not even hear an apology from director Dmitry about this , when leaving the rest it turned out that the bus has a problem with the gearbox and after Voronezh we drove 50 km per hour.This is such an uncoordinated work of the Banerfly company with carriers, of course they don't care since they don't travel with us and sit in the office.Therefore, I do not recommend this company to anyone.
in 2017, we bought a transfer to the Crimea from the company, I would like to say thank you very much to the accompanying Oksana, she knows her job, all issues were resolved quickly enough, the bus is quite comfortable, the crew of drivers are wonderful. we were very afraid of queues at the ferry crossing, as we read what queues there were, it turned out in vain, the whole process of buying tickets and crossing took no more than 1.5 hours. thanks again to the head Oksana for this, this year we are going to go to Sudak again and again through the Butterfly, and then there is also a bonus in the form of a discount)))))) Nice.
