I ordered a bedside table with a washbasin, the washbasin was not the right one, the bedside table was poorly painted, with peeling paint around the edges. The washbasin was taken away, and the one that was chosen was brought. The facades were also taken away for restoration. The design of the cabinet itself was not thought out, the mounting lugs had to be adjusted so that they did not interfere and fit snugly against the wall, the bottom screw rests against the siphon, Although the cabinet is suspended at a standard height of 80-85 cm, the back board had to be trimmed. The washbasin is cast crookedly, the difference on the sides is 2 mm, I had to make a thick layer of silicone due to a loose fit to the wall.

A large selection of plumbing fixtures, competent managers, there is a possibility of delivery.
It was because of the delivery that I lowered my rating. We ordered a washbasin with a bedside table, a shower ladder, shower partitions, a mixer, an installation, a heated towel rail.
Firstly, the driver (aka the courier) called and said he would be there in half an hour. OK, I got off work early. And as a result, upon arrival home, I still had to wait more than an hour.
Secondly, the manager (Dmitry) warned that the driver must wait until we check the product for its integrity and quality, But the driver said that he did not know anything about it, was not going to wait, because he had "a lot of orders."
Thirdly, the driver surprised me by the fact that I still have to pay 10 rubles for delivery, although the manager assured me. that the delivery to the entrance is completely free.. It's just ridiculous, apparently, this is how the driver knocks himself down for extra beer :)
As a result, I had to take all the unpacking of goods on video to avoid problems.
I recommend the store management to see who they hire as couriers/drivers, because this spoils the positive reputation of the store. Personally, after what happened, I probably won't buy anything else there. At least with this kind of "free shipping".

they brought a mirror cabinet with a broken corner and did not change it, the glass shelves did not match the size by 2-3mm, they were bigger than they came in and there was a chip in the corner, the packaging was not of high quality, the shelves were under the cabinet and the abyak was glued with tape, not even for free, I am not very happy and I do not advise
