I was in Vitebsk with my family yesterday, as it turned out, we got to the city's birthday. We went to eat at the Batkovna hut. We all liked the interior of the cafe, the menu. I haven't tried the liqueur since I was driving. But the kvass is just great. I also really liked the knuckle, it's just bliss, I recommend everyone to try it. Once we went to this institution, which I can immediately highlight:
1. We took two pizzas (Homemade and New York, if I'm not mistaken). The pizza is very tasty. It was cooked in 15 minutes, which is very good.
All components are met, the dough is soft, the cheese stretches.
2. I personally visited twice, and each time there were different girls at the checkout. The girls have a clear, competent speech, nothing superfluous was said, well done.
3. Regarding the hot dishes, I haven't tried it, I can't say personally. I hope it's also delicious, but they should not be in the open, but at least covered with something, because when different people come in, they drive dust, and so on, and the food is not so delicious anymore, and heating from below would not hurt.
And of course, the devices are in the open, it is also desirable to close with something, safety is above all.
In general, the place is interesting, not ideal of course, but also good.

2 stars and 1 of them + for the interior. The food is not tasty at all. The hodgepodge is liquid, not rich, the taste of liquid smoke. Sausage with cheese is very dry, squishy, hard, slightly pronounced taste. Chopped chicken cutlets are sour. Vegetable stew is practically one boiled onion.
