The service staff, the guy who deals with visitors, monitors desserts, drinks, I don't remember his name, in a very rude way allowed me to answer so that I, looking for a dessert, put the plate back as it stood, sorry, I don't understand, and what kind of service? Even if I didn't put a small plate, the edge of this plate with a fruit dessert at an angle, as the staff should, I don't understand, I came from Minsk, I didn't sleep with my husband all night, it's our anniversary, do I have to put desserts at an angle in every cafe?? My husband and I had lunch, paid, then we took coffee, bought tea, and visitors and guests who come to visit you may be a little more friendly, according to the service, the employee has no right to make comments to the guest....do not substitute your superiors with such inexperienced young people!!! We come to visit and order, pay money to eat, and not put the dessert plates back at an even angle!!!

A self—service restaurant on the central street of Gomel — everything is just fine for an institution of this type — a varied menu, a lot of meat and fish (mackerel) from the grill, an excellent selection of soups and side dishes, everything is very good quality and INEXPENSIVE (dinner with 0.5 beer ~9-10 $ per person is, right, satisfying☝🏻☺️)!!!
Yes, 2 (TWO) terraces are open in the summer: on Sovetskaya Street and in the courtyard — I especially liked the second one — spacious-stylish-cozy!!!!
The question is, why 4???
I answer: all these advantages attract, let's say, people to this place, let's say, not the highest level of education => upbringing => behavior…
Their presence is the "fly in the ointment"!..
They behave (in relation to others) calmly, but the very manners, vocabulary and volume of communication may be unpleasant to you!..

I really liked it. A huge selection of dishes. There is an outdoor terrace. The prices are quite affordable. The principle of the establishment is like in a dining room: you move with a tray and take what you want to eat. You pay at the checkout. The same principle of operation as in the Minsk "Lido" . In general, I recommend this place. By the way, there are parking lots with enough places just a few steps away. And this restaurant is very close to the famous Gomel Palace.

In general, everything is delicious, the price tag is acceptable, but in my opinion the range of dishes rarely changes. You can eat either soup with meatballs, or hodgepodge, or soup with mushrooms for 3 years in a row, salads are the same, meat is almost always the same, there are always a lot of people, so problems may arise with places, but as a rule it is not long to wait. In general, if you want to eat normally and relatively quickly, I recommend it.

This is not the first time I have come to Gomel, there is always a delicious and very diverse menu in the "Bangki". There was an unpleasant situation last week. I noticed that the employees have very long nails at the distribution, and these nails fall directly into the food on the plates. Well, somehow this is not according to Sanpin standards, I think... And it would be nice to add politeness to such employees when you make a remark. There are also questions about cleaning tables, for half an hour at 10 (!!!) dirty trays with dishes stood on the neighboring tables, as a result, the seats were occupied. Dear administration of the institution, pay attention to the appearance of the employees, their duties and the sanitary condition of the restaurant.

And their branded pizza is generally excellent, that's what it's called, but they opened their branch on Selmash, I want to say it's terribly not tasty there, I ate borscht with pampushki today, so the borscht is sour to the point of horror, and the pampushki are very hard, it's even hard to say how many days they are, just a cutlet, not tasty and 3 rubles with tail, I'm disappointed, I didn't expect it. If everything is so delicious and cool on the Soviet side, then on Selmash, I'm just terribly disappointed.
