There are different carriers at the bus station, each with its own office. Metro and City Bus provide excellent service, and Beck Tour's office is a fraud. They promised a direct flight to Vladikavkaz, sold a ticket for 250 lari, but in fact this bus does not exist, and the entire route costs 2 times cheaper, with a transfer in Tbilisi. That is, they earn money by cheating, and they are not shy about it.

We arrived in the evening on 09/15/24 for bus tickets to Kutaisi. There are two options - to Kutaisi airport (minibus), and to the center of Kutaisi (bus), and accordingly different sales offices. The office was open for the minibus and closed for the bus, but the light was on inside. The employee of the neighboring office said that they should come over now. We waited an hour and twenty minutes!!!, then we used a friend's card and bought tickets online. As soon as we made a purchase, a guy came from the office we needed)) But he said that there are no bus tickets)) They showed on the phone that we had already bought tickets, checked something there, said that the tickets were valid.) They laughed at this story)

At the ticket office of the bus station, the girl spoke Russian well, explained everything. The bus was clean and comfortable. During the trip, tea/coffee was served and water was offered several times. We drove from Batumi to the Ortachala bus station in Tbilisi in 6 hours and 30 minutes.

Bus station to get from Batumi to Tbilisi by bus "Georgia Metro". There are also ticket offices where you can buy a ticket for 40 GEL (as of 2023). You will definitely need a foreign passport to enter your data. Near the train station, around the corner, the Dunkin store has everything you need (food, drinks, bathroom accessories, gaskets) and a toilet — paid, but only 1 GEL. I was on a flight at 12:00 local time, arrived at 20 o'clock (traffic jams in Tbilisi stole a lot of time). I read that the average journey takes just that much — 7-8 hours. On the way, they gave a choice of coffee / tea with sugar. They also constantly offer water. The bus has sockets that support fast charging mode, and free Wi-Fi — in general, everything to travel comfortably and in touch)) After 2.5 hours, there was a stop to eat and go to the toilet. There were no more stops. In general, I liked everything about the service! A plus compared to the train in a wider daytime transport schedule.

We left the bus station for Tbilisi by Metro bus. A very convenient bus, and tea, coffee, and water are offered for free! It is much more convenient than a minibus, and the price is the same

We took the Metro bus from the bus station to Tbilisi. Tickets were bought at a branch in the city. A very convenient big bus. Tea/coffee/water is offered. The driver suggested at which stop it is better to get off. There is a phone charger and WiFi. But for some reason it all worked only for the first 20 minutes) well, at least I managed to charge it)

A nightmare! The back tour sucks! We bought tickets to Tbilisi, then it turned out that the driver would not stop in Tbilisi! He took us to Natakhtari and arranged delivery to our destination, although he promised, it did not work out! They called the hotline to this company, promised to figure out so that the driver would go to the city, but alas...

In 2023, it's just awful! The cost of a glass of tea is 600 rubles for our money! Coffee - 650 rubles! We tried to use the free Internet to download the map, but the speed is very low, it would take us at least 3 days to download the map... There are no photos, there was nothing to shoot.

Convenient logistics. There is a cafe, toilets are paid. Tickets can be purchased on the spot, or online. We ride the Metrobus from this station.

I used the services of this company . A trip to Moscow from Batumi. I would not wish this on anyone. We went by one bus on the way closer to Tbilisi, they ate 2 buses in one ( another full bus arrived and eventually shoved everyone into one bus . ) things were lying in the aisle . Russians are treated with disdain !!! Georgians are a priority in this company!!! In a word , it 's terrible !!!! I do not recommend using this company. You can roll out for a long time about the trip, but obviously not a good impression The staff accompanying the bus vodka with Chachai. 2 times , a fight between Russian passengers and staff almost occurred .

All autumn reminded me of how my father and I spent 20-25 years on buses constantly to my grandmother))) Almost the same drivers, the same attitude towards people, got into the past)))

It is difficult to call a train station. Minibuses are parked randomly, you can find out all the information from the drivers
