There are a lot of emotions, both positive and negative, well, very beautiful dolphins , funny , smart . But it is not possible to look at all this calmly , I consider it a mockery of animals , to feed them fish only after they do what they are told ((( I felt very sorry for them . This place is not for them. Dolphins should be in the sea , along with their beautiful little children (( who were there . It was my first and last time. I'm not a foot anymore

Great place! Both adults and children liked it. We took tickets to the third row, so we felt like participants in the show. The children were thrilled when the dolphins splashed them with water. The seats for the audience are conveniently located: the people sitting in front do not block the view. The show doesn't last long - 40 minutes, so even the kids don't have time to get tired. The prices seemed reasonable to us - for evening sessions - 25 GEL. Cheaper in the afternoon. We bought tickets the day before the performance so that we could choose the seats.

But at the checkout they don't give you much choice of seats, they give you in order, apparently. This time we were sitting in sector D, but it was still clearly visible.

Batumi Dolphinarium @batumidolphinarium started working in 1975, but was closed in the 90s. Then it was the first demonstration dolphinarium in the territory of the former Soviet Union and belonged to the largest dolphinariums in the world. The existence of the dolphinarium, along with other attractions, made the city and the region as a whole more attractive to tourists. It was the boundless popularity of this object that determined the symbol of the city — the Dolphin.
The second opening took place on May 6, 2011. Since then, it has been welcoming guests and residents of the city every year. It is the most visited landmark and the hallmark of Batumi.
Individuals from the Black and Japanese Seas live in the dolphinarium, so they are of different colors. Over the past few years, 3 cubs have been born in the dolphinarium.
And California sea lions live in the next building. In good weather, they can be seen basking in the sun.
The dolphinarium is open every day in the summer and in any weather. The dolphinarium building is built so that the sun and rain do not fall on the viewer. We took tickets in advance, we were able to choose the center of sector B (sectors B, C) the second row. Sectors A and D are extreme. The visual places are located quite close to each other, but this did not bother us. It can be seen from any point. At the end of the performance, dolphins pour water over the audience of the first three rows. The child was happy! Mom did too, as she took a change of clothes and shoes.
Eight wonderful dolphins show various tricks with hoops, play with a ball, dance, perform jumps and give joy to all the spectators.
The duration of the show is 35 minutes. It is conducted in Georgian and English.
An auditorium with 887 seats is opened half an hour before the start of the event.

Well, to say that I'm surprised is to say nothing. I have been to many different dolphinariums and this one surprised me in a special way. In 2018, I visited the Lazarevsky Dolphinarium (Krasnodar Territory), and the dolphins were shown at the end, for 10 minutes of the final scene. At the moment I have no idea what is happening there now. But this dolphinarium is the best of the best, and I would definitely recommend you to visit this place. The ticket costs 20 GEL in the afternoon, 25 in the evening. Next to this place there is an aquarium where you can see something. And next to the aquarium there is a fountain with live fish. It's a great idea to visit this place with your family.
