It's all good. But the Internet is constantly being cut off. They said they would do it. It gets in the way, of course. The dining area and kitchen are OK, it is convenient to cook your own food and there is a large refrigerator and ready-made salted coffee constantly for free from the coffee machine and tea. Cool people live here. The walls are thin, you can hear everything. Corner apartments with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. On one side there is a view of the mountains, on the other side of the sea and the construction site. You need to pay for a month and the deposit is the same. If you take it for a couple of months, the price is lower. It cost $450 in November. 4 stars due to the Internet and the lack of television, although the TV is hanging.
I stayed at this hotel for six nights. Very close location to the beach (3 minutes on foot), there is a shopping center and several bus stops nearby. The staff is helpful, some do not speak Russian, but they understand English well. They solve incoming problems very quickly and well. There is a dining room with three meals a day (lunch 10 GEL). Of course, there are small disadvantages, but the advantages of this hotel cover them.
Not a bad hotel, converted into a coliving.
The price is adequate to the market, although it is too high.
The main disadvantage is that the neighbors can be heard very well.
