I have not been to the hotel, I always live in apartments. Clean, quiet, culturally, and generally a great environment around.
It's quiet in the evening (it's a huge +), I once lived in Orby City so the noise is so loud until 3 a.m. that well, whatever! Discos, bars, carousels, restaurants, it felt like they were all singing in chorus on my 31st floor until 3-4 in the morning🤦 ... In the Beach Tower there is silence, a large well-groomed park, shops, public transport, free beach. A wonderful place!

, the view from the balcony is amazing
, unfortunately, construction work is underway at the bottom, but they did not cause any special problems
. everything you need is in the apartment

A good view from both sides and that's it..... That was the end of all the good things. Queues for the elevator, water and electricity can be turned off for a couple of days.....
