The constant jostling at the reception, the traffic jam at the entrance, the elevator will wait sooo long (in season), I once waited 24min. on the 31st floor, I already wanted to return home. Discos, songs and dances, the background of carousels will be listened to until 4 a.m. on any view floor (on the 31st floor there is a complete sense of personal presence in all entertainment establishments that are below), although there is a way out: take an apartment not with a sea view, but with a view of the stadium (but this is not accurate, I have not tried).

Parking for a car - there is no parking at all! ORBI CITY is a nightmare for a traveler with a car. The most important thing to understand is that if you have booked an apartment in ORBI CITY on Booking, you have not booked anything! In ORBI CITY, there is a criminal structure for knocking money out of guests. It works like this: You book a luxury view apartment for a nice price with a sea view. You receive a message: Hello, dear..... You have booked an apartment in ORBI CITY - Premium Class Apartments. We look forward to meeting you. In addition, we would like to inform you that all apartments have a balcony, sea view, and we only accept cash payments. Bodys:Viber, Whatsapp Before the trip, we ask additionally, are you ready to receive us? Answer: We are looking forward to seeing you! They are sending the office number No. 37.. where you can arrange check-in. We arrived, went to the reception on the ground floor, where a brisk boy sent us to the 37th floor. There were a lot of Russian-speaking visitors in this office and the situation was tense, everyone was demanding something. We paid the manager 274 GEL instead of 262, he gave us the key and we went to the room. Instead of a view apartment of 85 sq.m. with two bedrooms, we were given a studio of 30 sq.m.!!! It turns out that all the people who were in the office were deceived in the same way! When there were visitors, the manager sold the rooms we had booked to new customers several times more expensive!!! To all those who had previously booked rooms at the Booking, the ORBI CITY manager replied like this - The booking does not work; there are no reservations for you! What do you want for that kind of money?! Many of the visitors just left. We didn't leave and were given a scary room with no view of 60 sq.m.
There was one in the room!! a blanket for 4 people.

The view of course from the upper floors is excellent. Nearby there is a cool coffee shop of Georgian Belarusian food. Black Coffee if I'm not mistaken. On the beach, the restaurants are tower prices and the service is so-so. Walk away from the beach, there is a place to eat. Street vendors do not sell wine, but some kind of swill. It's better to take a ride to the bazaar. A separate sadness is the dirt in the city, garbage all around. The stench from the garbage reached as far as the 43rd floor of ORBI. Lack of public toilets throughout the city beach...suggests thoughts about the composition of the water near the shore:-) 😂😂😂

The building has 57 floors, with 6 elevators and 3 people at the reception. During the season, the building turns into an airport, an anthill, with waiting for elevators in a tight corner and waiting in line at the reception, where they often cannot answer your questions
There is an eternal construction site around the building itself, so it is very dirty and difficult to quickly get to the sea, which seems to be nearby
The rooms are good, but the doors to the corridor are like in hotels, that is, with a gap at the bottom, which causes high audibility

That's exactly the view from our apartment on the 47th floor. Everything is really clean and comfortable, as in the picture, but the big problem is elevators. Traffic is not regulated, two elevators will arrive on the floor while a crowd is gathering below. They have to wait in several queues before leaving the ground floor. The elevators are buggy, they may not go or stop on another floor. And that was us at the beginning of the season. I can't even imagine what's going on in the season. By the way, the prices at the reception are 2-2.5 times higher than through booking.

Maybe we were unlucky, but the experience of living was so bad that if it were possible to put 5 stars, I would have put it. The first room was changed because it was so smoky that it was impossible to stay there. It's like they've been smoking there for months. The mugs are so dirty that you can only burn them. They give only 1 towel, under your feet, to get out of the shower and not fall - nothing. Nothing for the hands. Torn sheets, pillowcases. Mud. I would never advise you to go there again.

It is impossible not to go up, not to go down. You can stand quietly for 40 minutes waiting for the elevator and you will go down the same amount, because it stops absolutely on every floor. There is an air conditioner only right at the entrance to the lobby at the reception, but with the door constantly open, the result of its work is nominal. It's on the rise. And if you need to go down, and the height is over 40 floors, then while you wait for the elevator, you can die from the stuffiness and from the hassle, especially if you have suitcases to leave. If there are "sworn friends" - then advise!)) Now about the numbers. There are decent ones, with a normal refrigerator, washing machine, etc. But I rented room 444 building C. The owner did not bother, a bed, a table and two armchairs. Not a single bedside table, drawer, even under the TV, there is just a floor on the wall. Bedside shelves in the form of a single plaque. The refrigerator is designed only for beer cans, well, or one egg package. There seems to be a stove, but it is induction, and there is not a single vessel for it. It is impossible to buy something for such a stove even in Goodwill, and it is not cheap! There is a kettle and two cups of different sizes and two, again, different glasses. Two tablespoons, two forks, one knife. There weren't even teaspoons. Half a roll of toilet paper)) You need to buy everything yourself, garbage bags, which you also take out yourself, etc. The bed is wide, the mattress is good, but there is only one blanket and duvet cover, if you are used to sleeping under your own, then figushki. In general, the room is designed for one-time dates, but not for accommodation, although it is an apartment hotel. Moreover, there are no laundry and ironing services, you understand that we didn't have an iron in our room either!)) The balcony overlooks the construction site, the air conditioning in the room is good, silent. The internal sound insulation is disgusting, if they talk loudly in the corridor, then everything is perfectly audible in the room. At first we were upset because we have a low 4th floor, but this turned out to be a big plus, because at least we could go down the back stairs without depending on the elevator. Conclusion: at the moment, everything in Batumi is very expensive, due to the dollar exchange rate, and most importantly, the level of service and quality do not correspond to such prices at all. The sea is sometimes very dirty, After heavy rains real logs wash up on the shore, on the last day a drowned rat was nailed to his feet, plus any plastic. People can leave heads of corn, bottles, sunflower husks, cigarette butts. I think I'm unlikely to go on vacation to Batumi in the coming years, and only under escort to Orbi!))
