Probably, I was unlucky with the previous tenant, but the car was provided in a broken condition: the bumper on the left was torn off (I agreed to take it for a symbolic discount), the steering wheel was beaten (it turned out on the way), the mirror on the left was flat, on the right it was broken, the right headlight and size were not lit (it turned out in the evening). It came to a scandal. We turned on the anti-crisis plan and provided instead a fresh Toyota Prius V Sport with a panoramic roof, alloy wheels and sound from JBL on the same day. On the day of delivery of the second car, they did not understand the situation and began to present the torn bumper and bent wheels to me for the first car. Later they sorted it out and apologized. In general, they tried to sort everything out, but there was no feeling of carelessness, on the contrary, they constantly had to solve something. I think that the service should assess the condition of the car at the time of delivery and offer a replacement immediately, and not after the scandal. I do not recommend it.
