Eternal problems with electricity, 1 toilet on each floor, no hot water, very cold in winter, hot in summer. Complete unsanitary conditions, smell.

1 уборная для муж и женщин, нет горячей воды, в дождливую погоду нет света и интернета. Ремонт не помешал бы
