Overall, a good hotel, friendly staff, green shady area. We took a deluxe room - the furniture is somewhat shabby, but everything works, there is everything you need, you even managed to work, there is a table. Minibar with local rum, beer-water-cola. We did not use Wi-Fi, there was no stable connection, we bought a local SIM card with unlimited Internet access. The breakfasts are ordinary. We left for an excursion at 6 a.m., in the evening we ordered lunch boxes.
I liked the pool, sun beds are always available. Special respect to the bartender in the pool bar!
The food in the lounge bar did not go in, except for the barbecue menu, delicious)
Next to the hotel there is everything within walking distance, 7-eleven, massage parlors, clothes shops, a market, a bunch of cafes. I was very pleased with the cafe just around the corner to the right of the hotel, Thai-Indian cuisine, everything is very tasty, I recommend it!
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the hotel is on the 2nd line, but it's better to walk further away, to the right, because a stinky river flows next to the hotel, all this happiness flows right into the sea🙈
Bangla Road is also nearby, you can walk for 20 minutes, you can take a tuktuk-150-200 baht.
Do not take rooms in the 5th building, if you want to get enough sleep, the music rumbles until 3 - 4 in the morning!
Cleaning is daily, bed linen and towels are changed. If you leave it for tea, they will clean up better. There are no bathrobes.
There is a fitness club and a spa, a spa for a fee.

We stayed at this hotel from January 29 to February 13. We are very satisfied, I recommend it!
It will be possible both with children and as a couple.
One of the advantages: excellent location, a cafe with delicious food on the left, followed by the cheapest and coolest massage. Central Shopping Center, Jangseylon and Bangla are 10-15 minutes away.
To the right of the 7/11 hotel, there is a pharmacy, and a market for fruits, food, and miscellaneous items.
5-10 minutes to the sea, across the street, there are pedestrian crossings.
The staff is polite, friendly, and smiling. All issues were resolved in minutes by a phone call from the room to the reception.
There is a children's pool, beach towels, a pool bar, and clean sun beds.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, we had dinner several times, a relatively inexpensive cafe nearby and very tasty, especially PadTai.
Bed linen was changed, towels were replaced, the room was cleaned, and water was put on.
Of the cons, there is a building facing the street, it can be noisy from the Hardrock cafe, and another building where the doors to the bar street can also make noise up to 2-3. The noise didn't bother me and the kids at all.
The breakfasts are modest, but there is always something to eat. Delicious soups and omelets

Nice hotel,rested 15-26.11.24 deluxe room.The location is normal near Malina Plaza, Dudi is a minute walk away directly.A terrible parking lot for bikes.The staff is responsive, cleaning is optional, you can only move the sign every day. They were vacationing with the children at another hotel. Sometimes they hung out on our balcony until late, my granddaughter spent the night with us several times, swam in our pool, which was not comfortable on the roof.There have always been no problems with a lot of people.in general, the hotel is good, even though we spent the whole day in Phuket, it's still nice to come to a room with a good view in the evening.
