We spent the night at the hotel. I booked a day before my arrival via Whatsapp from Russia, so that I could definitely stay late at night. The receptionist communicated politely. I booked a room with a double bed and a bathroom in the room for 15 thousand tenge. The room is clean, the heating was turned on, as it was already quite cool in the morning. I liked everything. There would also be softer mattresses on the bed and a kettle in the room, and it would be generally great. We had a good rest after the trip. Thank you. There is a good hotel in the middle of the steppe, despite the situation outside, everything is modern inside. I recommend.

Terrible... there are no words, just one room doesn't have a handle, we closed and couldn't open the door, and they yelled at us that we were to blame.She also wanted to kick us out.There were bees in the room, they told the technician, and in response she was not our problem. They cleaned the trees and killed two bees themselves.A very rude woman (technician).We didn't want to swear, but she provokes herself. We left the room when we came, our bed was scattered.We will never come again.Poor service…
